Add the ability to include agency logo on a custom form
Many forms include a space for our agency's logo, however there isn't an option to include this in the custom form (which would otherwise be preferable to generating a web form in some cases).

Variance in Required Home Fields Depending on Status (Inquiry vs Applicant vs Licensed)
When an inquiry is received, we may only get the very minimum, basic information on a potential foster family (name, email, phone number) but as they move through the process (applicant to licensure) it would be nice if the required fields could be customized based on what is needed depending on the phase of the process the family is in.

Merge cases in General Case Management System
Having the option to merge duplicate cases would help streamline the process for ensuring all data is uploaded in one spot, rather than having to manually download and reupload documents from the duplicate file.

text appointment reminder at multiple intervals for clients on th GCM module
Please add the ability to schedule multiple interval text appointment reminders in the program configurator. Clients could get a text reminder 5 days, 2 days, and 1 day before their scheduled appointment through eR.

Multi report print feature like in K-Care
Our GMC staff are required to print all monthly summaries for multiple clients and submit as one fluid document to billing, as a PDF. In K-Care one was able to check the boxes for multiple clients under one specific custom form to generate an ongoing PDF of all the clients custom reports rather than printing them one at a time. As it stands now each form has to be printed from the individuals chart or saved and complied into one PDF. Ideally we would like to be able to select multiple clients to print/save the same report I.e., monthly summaries…

Allow users to require additional fields in the People Tab and Address Book
Currently only four fields (Type, Last Name, First Name, and Category) are required on the People Tab. It would be useful for the user to be able to specify which additional fields should be required for their program.

I would love to be able to sort inquiries by the date of last contact.

Add new fields to the Staff Profile screen
It would be helpful if we could customize field on the Staff Profile Screen. For example, we do not need a "FAX" field for staff, but there are fields we would like to add.

allergies/diet tab
On the "Allergies/Diet" tab, it is currently possible to accidentally check "Allergy is life-threatening", then check "No known medication allergies/reactions" and then click save. If this happens, the side bar under the photo indicates that the client has a life threatening allergy when in reality, he/she doesn't have any allergies.

Option to Place Clients on "Pause" in GCM Module
We have a couple clients who are seen on an as needed basis and it would be helpful to be able to place these clients on "pause" to stop future activities from generating. We do not want to discharge these clients because whenever we re-admit, the system will populate new activities that will need to be completed. Pausing would be more effective so we do not have to change due dates on activities that are due during a time where we are not seeing the client.

Additional formatting options in custom forms
Allow custom forms to be formatted similar to word documents. When completed documents are printed/emailed they often do not look professional given it isn't possible to underline, bold, easily section off items, etc...

Put Add file from another activity or report button in GCM Program!
There is an "add file from another activity or report button" in the foster care module that allows you to search the case file or pdfs in ExtendedReach to pull into that document, and it is amazing. This would be great to have in GCM since we admit people into multiple programs to be able to place files that are already in the case files into the correct places without having to constantly re-download them. See attachment for the button I am referring to.

Print button to My Workspace
Add a print button to the 'My workspace' that would allow you to print blank forms instead of going into a specific chart to print. This would give the opportunity to print forms for a child that is referred but not yet placed with the agency.

Forms on Family Website
Client contracts should be accessible on the family website; however, it will show all contracts verse the contract of the current placement. Being able to show only the current contracts to the family website would be very helpful!

ablity to add an attachment to a specific box within Custom Forms
adding an attachment feature to something similar to the Single Line or Paragraph boxes would be helpful if you needed a specific document in a specific place within a custom form.

Program or Organization Setting preventing Activities or Reports being added to closed cases
We need to prevent users (by user group preferably) from adding activities and/or reports to cases that have been closed.
We run 2 programs, one is our residential program which transitions folks onto their next chapter living outside of our facilities. As part of the services we offer, we enroll them into an "Aftercare" program which is for folks who don't live in our residential facilities. Sometimes, folks will accidentally enter activities on the closed case (not sure how they end up there, but it happens).
This feels like it should already be a feature in a multi-program tool, so…

Add option for "Awaiting Approval" box to be enabled for any user's workspace, not limited to Supervisors and Admin Support.
Our case carrying and licensing staff are responsible for approving activities and reports in exR, but can only be notified of items awaiting their approval via email alerts since their user settings do not allow them to add the "Awaiting Approval" inbox to their workspace. Allowing case carrying staff to see both their case roster/home roster and the "Awaiting Approval" inbox on their workspace would greatly reduce our reliance on email alerts. This would help counteract the negative impact of the recent secure email rollout, and the email alert delays we have been experiencing.

Inbox for Foster Parents
I think it would be beneficial to add a documents inbox for the foster parents to submit any documentation and not specify the subject, mainly for those families or parents who are not very computer savvy.

Activity Triggered, nested in-screen Report Types
We have a Participant Outcomes report type that we created to make it quick and easy for our workers to record non-goal outcomes, for the folks they support. Attached form guidance I sent out to the team for reference. This form records information almost ALWAYS that is learned/gathered during one of a many different Activity Types we've built for workers to account for time and add detail about the encounter with the people we serve.

Email Alert History
It would be nice on the INFC and GCM side if I could pull a report, even in ZOHO, of all the email alerts so I can be sure they are going to the correct people.
