Review Button versus Approval Button
Instead of having it say "Approval" can we change it to say "Reviewed" or have both as an option? We are running into the issue when this comes to licensure and certain staff "approving" notes when they don't have the right credentials to "approve". They are more "reviewing" it to make sure all boxes are checked. On some documents in gets into a legal issue when it says "Approved By" when it should be "Reviewed By".

We need to add some additional forms within Compliance Intake: Malnutrition Screening, PROMIS (Global Health) Suicide Screening. We also need to include our Contact Call List.

Inactivating supervisor staff profiles in er
When inactivating a staff profile in eR for an employee that acts as a supervisor to other directs reports, the administrator should be prompted to reassign those direct reports to another supervisor, much like the alert to reassign cases when a caseworker's staff profile in inactivated. This should be done in both foster and GCM systems.

Compliance Checklist for the client, in the Foster Family Website
Can we get the compliance checklist for the client in the foster family website so the foster parent can see what needs to be completed each month for the client.

Ability to exclude certain homes from "Copy this activity (when completed) to" based on office location.
Workers are often assigned to cases/homes in multiple localities and contacts may be sent to specific homes rather than all. Having the option to exclude certain home files based on locality from receiving the activity uploaded would save workers time. Currently, they are required to delete the activity from each irrelevant home file or manually uploading each contact individually.

Add a My Active Drafts under the My Summary tab
It would be extremely helpful to add in a link for all the active or open drafts under the My Summary tab.

Force all users to logoff and re-authenticate
Provide functionality for system administrators to force all users to logoff and re-authenticate before accessing the system again, including via two-factor authentication.

Add a "Save & Exit" button on the ribbon between "Cancel" & "Save".
The "Save" button would be used to save your work in a report or activity and continue working to keep from losing information if there is a computer or internet glitch. The "Save & Exit" or "Save & Close" button would save your work and take you back to the previous screen which is what the current "Save" button does.

Add User ID "Security Detail" to GCM system
Add the same "Security Detail" view that exists in the Foster system to the GCM system.

GCM Report Locking Capability
There is the capability on the RES side to lock both activities and reports 24-hours after being marked complete, but on the GCM side, you can only lock activities, not reports. This capability should be available across all eR systems.

fee schedule for billing on the backend
Create a fee schedule upload for billing on the backend like in KCare so that we do not have to go into each individual activity and risk errors every time there is a change. It takes way too long to do billing

Bot - Import information from PDF and Word documents into the families records
I would like to import information into the families records from PDF and Word documents. This would save me time from inserting the information manually. This function would operate as a Bot. I would be able to revise the imported information for correctness and report any issues to ER for corrective actions.

Can we have a waitlist section under referral?
We would like a seperate section other than "pending" to say waitlist.
Also to see what is pending v Accepted in the monthly time frame.

Ease of access with emailing forms, visible information for contacts, and signatures.
Have a drop down of email addresses for each case file when emailing out a completed form and make it possible to send out a completed form to a group instead of having to send it multiple times.
Have drop downs with employee names to enter into a form instead of having to type multiple names.
Make emails visible in the people tab.
Be able to populate signatures by people that aren’t the case worker for facilities where multiple staff work on the same case files.1 vote -

Allow users to make fields required on the Health tab.
Under program settings on the Setup tab in the Required Case/Referral Fields box, allow options to make fields on the Health tab such as height, weight, and distinguishing marks required as this is important information for face sheets.

Add a "read receipt" option to Family Web notices
When we send a group email to families through "Post a message to homes", it would be helpful to include a "read receipt" check box so that we can track if a family has seen the item we have sent.
