TPG integration - automate the Upload PDFs to TPG
All providers in Texas need TPG integration that uploads client documents automatically. TPG provides the APIs for document upload integration and IR integration. Downloading the documents from eR and navigating through TPG to upload them can be an automated function.
Plans of Service; Court Documents; Health documents; safety plans, progress notes, etc. needs to be an automate process.11 votes -
Universal Field Code Support for Treatment Tab
This is intended to provide support to any agency who is currently unable to use their treatment tab due to a lack of field code options to support its use. There also seems to be several treatment tab/ treatment goal configurations, so I have attached a screenshot of the treatment goal editor format this series of codes would support. If these codes are created or desired for your organization and your treatment goal view doesn't match, you may be able to get it updated by reaching out to your CSM.

Adding in Rescheduled to the Appointment Status drop options
When you are changing the status of an appointment, there is no option right now for rescheduled- can we get this option added. That way we can track the appointments accurately, becasue the only option that fits right now is cancelled and that skews our data. Having the Rescheduled option would make the data more accurate and it just should be an option- it is very common.

Allow Auditor login access to Print Templates
Allow Auditor login to access Print templates. Our regulations require a Placement History. We use a Print Template for Placement History in the Home File to meet the regulation.

Color Code Medications
Active and Inactive Medications are all blue under the Medications Tab. It would be great if Inactive Medications changed from blue to red or another color.

Printable Custom Staff Forms
Our organization serves populations for multiple referral sources and each has a different audit system for documentation review. Most require an electronic documentation upload. It would greatly simplify the process for staff file reviews if custom staff forms created in Extended Reach were printable and could be downloaded and/or emailed directly from Extended Reach like other custom form types.

We should be in control of the Training Date Ranges
The end date is currently tied to the end date of the license, which worked fine before Continuous Certification came into effect. Now the training due dates are every 2 years and the license end date is currently 4 years (but will eventually not be present at all).
I really hope we can fix this quickly as this is front facing towards our foster parents and they are confused by what they see.

Additional and/or Custom Fields in Home Match
HomeMatch currently will only match on limited data (county, age, gender.) Our staff would like to see more fields to match on, such as whether a home will accept children ASD, or a victim of sexual assault. If there were a way to add custom fields to match on, the tool would be even more useful.

Add Stop Tracking
Adding a stop tracking after case closes feature on expieration dates like you can do for due dates.

When you update diagnosis or medications in reports, it would be nice to have that updated in the system
When staff enter reports, sometimes medications or diagnosis need to be updated and if it isn't updated in the system before a report is started, it won't be reflected and staff will have to start the entire report over. It would be nice (how it used to be in Kcare) that staff could update it on the report and then it would be updated back in the system.

Educational Discharge Summary under Education Section in Compliance
It would be helpful to have an added activity under compliance -> education for discharge summary. Called school discharge summary that can be pulled from. This will allow for more organizations for the education section specifically.

I would like to refer to previous case files after a child leaves for future cases.
If I have a situation arrive in the future that I have dealt with in the pass, I would like to compare notes, diagnoses, and problems to find correlations between the two for the ability to make supportive counseling more effect through reasoning and deduction based on actual results.

Ages on GCM People Tab
Ages and genders are not displayed on the People Tab as they are on the foster side.

next medical appointment
Allow the "next medical appointment" on the Health Summary tab to be generated from an expiration date not just a due date. We use expiration dates to track when physicals, vision checks, dental visits, etc. need to be scheduled not due dates, because due dates assume the client will have an appointment at the same time or close to the same time each year. However, due to scheduling conflicts, sometimes the appointments are several weeks or even a month later than the previous year. Then insurance will not allow another appointment until a year after the most recent appointment. If…

Add Expiration Date for Program Rates
Under Effective Date in Program Settings--> Program Rate Sheets
Add a field called:
Expiration Date (with a calendar)
Once the rate exceeds this Expiration date, if possible, the Rate should then be automatically made INACTIVE

When removing case managers, the system should also update the supervisor...
When removing case managers from ER, the system needs the cases reassigned. The problem is that the system should also update the supervisor to the newly assigned case manager's supervisor by default but it doesn't.
Example (humor me)
Chris Hemsworth, CM has Priyanka Chopra, Supervisor.
Aubrey Plaza, CM has Idris Elba Supervisor.Chris leaves and his 13 cases are reassigned to Aubrey but the supervisor remains as Priyanka when it should auto-update to Idris.

Allow sorting option to show the home that we decertify.

attach photo ID to relationships
It would be very helpful if we could attach photo ID and copied of insurance to any relationships/contacts we add to the People tab for our clients
