  2. Read only access for cross-agency client

    Would be helpful to create read-only access for cross-agency clients. Currently, anyone other than the assigned caseworker can access a linked client and enter activity/reports.

  3. Add the ability to upload/attach documentation to an "Authorization record" in a GCM system

    Currently, an authorization from an insurance company, funding source, etc. must be uploaded into an activity/report separately from where the actual authorization data is entered on the Financial Tab.

    It would be fantastic if the Authorization record had the ability to upload/attach documents so the documentation for each specific Authorization could live where the data for said authorization is actually entered vs. filtering through a Case File tab and trying to determine which documents go to which authorizations.

  4. Capability to send mass text to clients

    Our staff would love to be able to send text messages to clients from eR. I envision a client dropdown like when file from your eR inbox, so staff could select the individuals to receive the text, with a field to enter the text message, that would upload to the client's record.

  5. Client Pictures

    It would be nice to have multiple field codes for pictures. The picture displayed in the chart may not be the picture we want to pop up on the face sheet. We have so many cute pictures of our kiddos that we would love to look at everyday in the chart- compared to the ones that would be more for public consumption (in the case of an AWOL or police intervention). In those cases, we would like to use a more serious picture and not a cute one of them cuddling a dog or something :)

  6. Allow edits/deletes after 24 hours for specific reports/activities

    I'd like to dictate certain activities/reports that can be edited/deleted by caseworkers after 24 hours without needing the involvement of the branch or system admin.

  7. DHHS and other payments sources show as pending.

    Other payment sources such as DHHS show as pending like insurance so the client bill is accurate. Currently it is showing as client owed and that is not the case. This is concerning because we have to send the bill in order to collect fees that are the clients responsibility but then they see a huge bill that is not correct and it causes them unnecessary stress.

  9. Email alerts to workers for client responses to SMS appointment reminders

    Create an email alert event type in GCM for client responses to SMS appointment reminders - so a worker receives alerts for appointment confirmations and reschedule requests without having to check the history of an appointment record.

  10. Add New Activity Configuration Options for "Rate varies based on client age"

    Similar to the option to vary a rate based on insurance, but the ability to add an age range.

    For example, age 0-19 = $x.xx and age 20-99 = $x.xx.

  12. Ability to email and track caseworkers same as clients

    It would be great if we could email and track caseworkers and clients instead of just clients. Need ability to track both.

    Also would be VERY helpful if we had more edit functions when creating custom forms, such as: BOLD text, font size, font color, cut and paste options, page breaks, re-size the signature boxes, etc.

  15. Completed by name defaults to current user.

    When entering a scheduling activity, can the default name resort to the person signed in. I believe this will reduce extra appointments and if I need to schedule for someone else, I can scroll. It will reduce confusion and time needed to enter information in the client's chart.

  16. "Submit To" drop down list: limit to certain staff

    Currently the list of staff in the drop down includes everyone including billing and other case workers which may require lengthy scrolling with the possibility of sending it to the wrong person. Case workers even can send it to themselves. It would be nice if drop down contained only staff who actually has ability to approve.

  18. Compliance tracker for closed cases

    Some programs are very short (about a week long) and clients often get d/c before QA can even review compliance. Separate tracker for d/c cases will help in ensuring that no loose ends are left after clients are d/c.

  19. --- "PREFERRED list" of ICD-10 codes ---

    There should be an ability to set up unique lists of the DSM ICD-10 codes by each individual program. This would provide a more focused or "preferred list" for each program and would help to eliminate irrelevant codes that do not need to be included in other programs that the code does not pertain to.

    An example of this would be Z codes such as Z62.890 which would be needed in CANS 2.0 but would not be relevant to some of our other programs. It would be helpful to be able to set up a CANS 2.0 list that contained…

  20. Please incorporate 24 hour time.

    Using 24 hour time is much easier to distinguish between am and pm hours and is less work to enter.
