Refresh Button for reports using field codes
It would be great to have a report refresh button so that when using field codes / tables to pull in information you could click 'refresh' and have those information sections update.
As it stands right now, once you open a report there is no way to refresh. We just have to delete the report and then create a new one.

Prevent user from completing activity/report that still has pending external signatures
We would like to be able to configure an activity/report so that it cannot be marked as "Completed" if there are still pending external signature requests.
Sometimes a worker is unable to obtain an electronic signature that they sent out a signature request on but they do obtain a hard copy which they attach to the activity/report ...but they forget to revoke the signature request so it is then left as a pending signature request in the "Awaiting external signatures" list even though the activity/report has already been marked as completed. Add an option for a 3rd worker
Incorporate a 3rd worker option. Example, Primary Worker (case manager), 2nd worker (supervisor), 3rd worker (therapist)

Field Code Request
We would like to be able to bring through the data from a custom field on an activity/report into another activity/report automatically much like the existing field codes at the bottom of this knowledge-base article: https://ercasemgt.helpscoutdocs.com/article/572-custom-form-builder:

Copy to sibling availability in foster family web
Allow foster homes to copy items to siblings placed in their care through the foster family website (exclude other non-sibling placements in the home).

Make the fields in eR available for reporting in Zoho (Bed assignments, et al)
If there are fields in the General tab in a Home or a Case, they should be available in the field code list, and to be used for Zoho reporting. I am surprised that this is not the case.

Ability to move documents from one category to another if wrongly filed
If a document is wrongly filed in one category, it would be nice to have the option to move it to the correct category without having to save the document to the desktop and then re-upload it.

Enhance "Post Message to Home" features
Create the ability to embed links, insert icons to body of email, indent or center font, italicize, bold, etc..... in messages posted to homes.
If this feature offered email like options it would be very helpful.

Forms on Foster Family Website after Client Discharge
Once children are discharged from foster care, they no longer show on the foster family website. However, there are still forms that the family needs to complete and submit. We cannot delay the child's discharge because of billing and other forms that the caseworkers need to complete which are triggered by the discharge date. Could the configurator have an option where select forms stay accessible to families for up to 30 days following discharge?

Allow Duplication of Elements within Custom Forms
This might be tricky to implement, but it would be a HUGE timesaver when designing custom forms with a lot of repeating elements.
The user would be able to select a series of items that need to be duplicated in the form and then click on a button in the toolbar to duplicate the selected items.
I attached a demonstration of this concept to provide a visual reference for how I think it might look.

Auto-populate an address change in more than one record
When we change an address or email on a home record, it would be nice if that change would auto-populate in the location box of the child's record as well, instead of having to manually make the change 2 or 3 different places.

Customize Foster Family Website Reminders
Currently all document reminders show to the foster home on the Foster Family Website (even items like background checks that they never see). We would like to be able to limit those reminders to the items that we've chosen to show on their Checklist (that they are responsible for uploading), so that's it's more useful and less confusing to them.

Automatically create people
Social workers and supervisors who are added under the General tab to be automatically also added as a relationship under the People tab

preview changes you make in configurator before saving them.
It would be nice to see how changes made on the configurator will look in the compliance tab before saving them and having them affect providers.

Emailing forms from eR
When emailing forms from eR it automatically populates the clinician's email. For our purposes, we are emailing the document directly to the family so it would be more helpful for the email to populate the family email. I understand that various users may implement this function differently, so possibly there could even be a selection to choose which email to populate.

staff webpage
Allow staff to have a web page, where they can upload their due items and other expiring items as well. It will also be good for onboarding staff to upload required documents, sign acknowledgements, etc.,

Add configuration options for referrals
It would be great to have the option to make certain items due at the time of entering or accepting a referral, but before they are accepted or placed.
Some of our placement types require documentation before we can place them.

required password reset
We have the option in FC to require a reset of passwords periodically in system set up. We need this in the GCM module for proper IT security.

Co-pays enter as percentages or dollar amount
If there could be a feature where co-pays are able to selected as Percentage or Dollar Amount.
A large number of co-pays can be percentages which the final amount will be determined based on the activity type completed.
I think that this feature would be extremely helpful not only for my agency but others well.6 votes
