  1. Link homes option (like with youth files)

    When reopening a home it would be nice for it to automatically link the previous home file.

    This is how the youth files are set up and we love it. I would be nice to have it for both.

  2. Create a report that would show the memo line for Write-Off Adjustments

    This report would be helpful in gauging what we are writing off and why.

  3. Search bar for file as opposed to drop box only

    Currently there Is only a Dropbox option when searching the case file on ER. It would be nice to have a search box option, where you can begin to type the name of the form you are looking for and It would pop up. It would be faster too. Especially when looking for a form or fie that may not yet have been generated. Instead of scrolling through the list several times trying to find it, you could just type it in and If it is there it will pop up, if not it wont.

  4. Pull in FP or Household Member names into compliance items and not just on training. Instead of DL (Primary) it would pull & show DL (Jane)

    You currently pull in FP names for training items. I request that FP names also be pulled into the (Parent A) (Parent B) (Household Member) sections in the compliance / activity / report names to be view-able on the compliance tab.

  5. Add the ability to upload/attach documentation to an "Authorization record" in a GCM system

    Currently, an authorization from an insurance company, funding source, etc. must be uploaded into an activity/report separately from where the actual authorization data is entered on the Financial Tab.

    It would be fantastic if the Authorization record had the ability to upload/attach documents so the documentation for each specific Authorization could live where the data for said authorization is actually entered vs. filtering through a Case File tab and trying to determine which documents go to which authorizations.

  6. Make "rate level" optional

    There are only a few automatic required fields on the general case tab and "rate level" is one of those. Our organization is a non-profit that does not receive funding so we would love to hide all billing information, especially on the case side panel.

  7. Option to Attach PP Slideshow to Home File

    It would be beneficial to include an option to attach a powerpoint slideshow similar to a word document, where it can be edited in the same format. This would be helpful to document and refer back to the photos included in home studies for each family's licensing file.

  8. Add a filter to homes and inquiries by "church"

    Add a filter to homes and inquiries summary by "church". Some of the churches we work with have requested a report of the number of families who are a foster or adoptive family within their church, so they can promote foster care and adoption needs in the community. They often sponsor events, in which it would be nice to see who has shown an interest in different programs and would make a good reporting tool within the organization as well.

    I would like to suggest adding a staff directory with pictures in order for our resource parents to identify who it is with the agency they are speaking to prior to meeting them.

  10. Allow custom fields for Staff Profiles

    Allow custom fields on Staff Profiles; in the General Information Section. Doing so will allow agencies to enter, track and locate additional credentials and licensures. For example, the therapists on our staff have a BBS License Number, a NPI Number and Simon Number. It would be nice to see this data all in one place...without clicking on several tabs or opening several documents.

  11. Allow edits/deletes after 24 hours for specific reports/activities

    I'd like to dictate certain activities/reports that can be edited/deleted by caseworkers after 24 hours without needing the involvement of the branch or system admin.

  12. Read only access for cross-agency client

    Would be helpful to create read-only access for cross-agency clients. Currently, anyone other than the assigned caseworker can access a linked client and enter activity/reports.

    Need an option when using "post message to homes" so the email sends from alerts@extendedreach.com (or any other 'no reply' email address) rather than the email of the user sending the message.

  14. DHHS and other payments sources show as pending.

    Other payment sources such as DHHS show as pending like insurance so the client bill is accurate. Currently it is showing as client owed and that is not the case. This is concerning because we have to send the bill in order to collect fees that are the clients responsibility but then they see a huge bill that is not correct and it causes them unnecessary stress.

    Create an email alert event type in GCM for client responses to SMS appointment reminders - so a worker receives alerts for appointment confirmations and reschedule requests without having to check the history of an appointment record.

  18. Add New Activity Configuration Options for "Rate varies based on client age"

    Similar to the option to vary a rate based on insurance, but the ability to add an age range.

    For example, age 0-19 = $x.xx and age 20-99 = $x.xx.

  20. Add an area to type a message to go along with reports emailed.

    When emailing quarterly reports with treatment plans, in order to request the social worker to sign, it is necessary to email from outside of ER because there is no way to type a message when emailing directly from ER.
