Universal Field Code Support for Treatment Tab
This is intended to provide support to any agency who is currently unable to use their treatment tab due to a lack of field code options to support its use. There also seems to be several treatment tab/ treatment goal configurations, so I have attached a screenshot of the treatment goal editor format this series of codes would support. If these codes are created or desired for your organization and your treatment goal view doesn't match, you may be able to get it updated by reaching out to your CSM.

Secondary Address Option for People Tab
It would be great to have an option to add a secondary address in the People Tab. We have some birth families whose physical address changes often, but they are consistently able to receive mail at a second address. Thanks for considering!

When removing case managers, the system should also update the supervisor...
When removing case managers from ER, the system needs the cases reassigned. The problem is that the system should also update the supervisor to the newly assigned case manager's supervisor by default but it doesn't.
Example (humor me)
Chris Hemsworth, CM has Priyanka Chopra, Supervisor.
Aubrey Plaza, CM has Idris Elba Supervisor.Chris leaves and his 13 cases are reassigned to Aubrey but the supervisor remains as Priyanka when it should auto-update to Idris.

Can we build the ability to email from the referral tab.
It would be nice to be able to email the state/contractor from the referral tab directly like the open cases and foster home tab. For us we have to track the responses we send to DCS and we have a 4 hour window to respond to this. If we could email we could have it documented and time stamped and would not be adding about 5 extra steps to the process.

Integrate calendars together for a daily view
Integrate the calendars together to view all at one time, at least on a daily basis. So if we are scheduling 2 members of a family at the same time with different therapists, viewing the calendars together would be very beneficial.

external signatures - signatory to receive copy of what they signed
When we send out for external signature, the document goes away after they sign. It should send a copy to their email or allow them to download it from that screen.

Allow signature field to be exported with staff signature image to Zoho Analytics
A custom form was created using requiring a staff signature. However, the staff signature cannot be exported as an image to Zoho reports. Also. it would be helpful to export staff trainings as an Excel file.

Ability to Add Description when scanning in Correspondence, etc
Ability to add Description (Name of Document) when scanning in Correspondence etc, therefore seeing Name of Doc in the case file view. Currently there is only the date and "Correspondence."
No description of who the correspondence is to or from, etc.

multiple custom reports in draft mode at once
Add functionality to have multiple custom reports (with a trigger and approval process) to be created and in draft mode at once. This is a barrier to productivity that it has to be approved before the next report can be started.

Add "reason" to dosage change screen on the Health>Medication tab
The pop up screen for dosage change should have a reason for the change in dosage on it. There is already a reason box on the medication tab, but it should all be in one place and should be specific to that change.

archive external signature requests
Allow pending external signature requests to be archived as Never Collected after discharge or after a certain number of days. We don't want to lose the history of requesting signatures but also don't want this to remain on the Awaiting External Signature view.
