Integrate calendars together for a daily view
Integrate the calendars together to view all at one time, at least on a daily basis. So if we are scheduling 2 members of a family at the same time with different therapists, viewing the calendars together would be very beneficial.

It would be helpful if the calendar was color coded to indicate if appointments are canceled, no shows, checked-in or completed..
It's always useful to be able to see what is happening on your calendar with appointments with a minimal amount of clicks. If "no show", "canceled", "checked-in" and "completed" appointments could be assigned a different color that would create communication efficiency between the front desk and therapists or whoever has an appointment with a client.

Ability to Add Description when scanning in Correspondence, etc
Ability to add Description (Name of Document) when scanning in Correspondence etc, therefore seeing Name of Doc in the case file view. Currently there is only the date and "Correspondence."
No description of who the correspondence is to or from, etc.

Add an arrow button to move back and forth between the previous activity, report, files, etc.& ability to check multiple files to load once
Add arrow buttons that allow the person to click and go backwards to previous and forward to the next file, activity, report, etc. It is a hassle and time consuming. For example now when you go into clients file and click on, let's say the application, you then have to click on the link. The app populates a new tab. You then have to go back to the previous tab and return to case file, then find the other file you need from that client click on it. It is to much and not very productive. Having the option to…

Add outgoing Fax functionality similar to the Email Alerts
Include native functionality that can send an outgoing facsimile message to a designated fax number upon selected triggers much like our existing email alert functionality rather than using a 3rd party integration

Under Financial Records View- Add DOS w/ Insurance Company on front page.
Under Financial Records view- Adding the Date of Service of the insurance payment on the front page. Allowing at first glance to see payment received with DOS, without having to go into payment to see what date of service it was applied.

Staff List with Hire Date
Create a field code for staff hire date and/or create a report that includes hire date, first, last name, and staff title. This is a common request by the state and this should be a QUICK pull from Extended Reach rather than a manual process.

Add the Ability to Enter in Company Holidays to block off all calenders automatically
When we were using KCare, we had the DaySmart calender add on, and we were able to enter in our company holidays in which our agency would be closed each year, and it would automatically block off all staff calendars to ensure an appointment wouldn't be scheduled by mistake.

Zoho is okay, but limited.
Would like to be able to connect directly to our database to import data into PowerBI to create custom dashboards.

Keep Show Hidden opened
After we have opened Show Hidden, keep it open until we are finished with it. I don't know the Category. It's on the upper right hand side of eReach.

Document multiple residents on one form that then splits into their individual files
Staff document a lot in the daily milieu and having to go into each individual file can be time consuming. An option on forms to have residents documented on in one area, but then gets split into their individual files would be incredibly helpful for documenting purposes.

Activity/Report Random Auditing
Would like a way to have the system randomly select completed activities/reports under the case & home files and email links to those documents to a supervisor so they can check to ensure the content is meeting the expectations/requirements.
Could have a way to schedule the email with criteria:
1. Case Files, Home Files, or Both
2. How far back to pull an activity/report or date/range.
3. Activity, Report, or Both
4. How many to select.
5. One time or scheduled pull (repeat every 30, 60, 90 days)

Merge cases in General Case Management System
Having the option to merge duplicate cases would help streamline the process for ensuring all data is uploaded in one spot, rather than having to manually download and reupload documents from the duplicate file.

Please add the ability to schedule multiple interval text appointment reminders in the program configurator. Clients could get a text reminder 5 days, 2 days, and 1 day before their scheduled appointment through eR.

Multi report print feature like in K-Care
Our GMC staff are required to print all monthly summaries for multiple clients and submit as one fluid document to billing, as a PDF. In K-Care one was able to check the boxes for multiple clients under one specific custom form to generate an ongoing PDF of all the clients custom reports rather than printing them one at a time. As it stands now each form has to be printed from the individuals chart or saved and complied into one PDF. Ideally we would like to be able to select multiple clients to print/save the same report I.e., monthly summaries…

Allow users to require additional fields in the People Tab and Address Book
Currently only four fields (Type, Last Name, First Name, and Category) are required on the People Tab. It would be useful for the user to be able to specify which additional fields should be required for their program.

Option to Place Clients on "Pause" in GCM Module
We have a couple clients who are seen on an as needed basis and it would be helpful to be able to place these clients on "pause" to stop future activities from generating. We do not want to discharge these clients because whenever we re-admit, the system will populate new activities that will need to be completed. Pausing would be more effective so we do not have to change due dates on activities that are due during a time where we are not seeing the client.

Put Add file from another activity or report button in GCM Program!
There is an "add file from another activity or report button" in the foster care module that allows you to search the case file or pdfs in ExtendedReach to pull into that document, and it is amazing. This would be great to have in GCM since we admit people into multiple programs to be able to place files that are already in the case files into the correct places without having to constantly re-download them. See attachment for the button I am referring to.
