It would be helpful if the calendar was color coded to indicate if appointments are canceled, no shows, checked-in or completed..
It's always useful to be able to see what is happening on your calendar with appointments with a minimal amount of clicks. If "no show", "canceled", "checked-in" and "completed" appointments could be assigned a different color that would create communication efficiency between the front desk and therapists or whoever has an appointment with a client.

Resize scanner inbox document preview
The document preview for the scanner inbox is small and inconvenient to view and identify documents. Enlarging the preview window frame provides a better view.

Add an arrow button to move back and forth between the previous activity, report, files, etc.& ability to check multiple files to load once
Add arrow buttons that allow the person to click and go backwards to previous and forward to the next file, activity, report, etc. It is a hassle and time consuming. For example now when you go into clients file and click on, let's say the application, you then have to click on the link. The app populates a new tab. You then have to go back to the previous tab and return to case file, then find the other file you need from that client click on it. It is to much and not very productive. Having the option to…

Provide up to 5 authorizations for services.
Allow more than one Authorization to be linked to an invoice. In Foster Care, there is typically more than one funding stream for services.

Allowing more than one staff in a file at a time
When we intake a client we can have multiple people that need to enter different info in various sections, but they can't because other staff are in the client file at that time and it won't allow more than one staff at a time. Our staff get an error message.

Add outgoing Fax functionality similar to the Email Alerts
Include native functionality that can send an outgoing facsimile message to a designated fax number upon selected triggers much like our existing email alert functionality rather than using a 3rd party integration

Under Financial Records View- Add DOS w/ Insurance Company on front page.
Under Financial Records view- Adding the Date of Service of the insurance payment on the front page. Allowing at first glance to see payment received with DOS, without having to go into payment to see what date of service it was applied.

Sort functions for lists
There is no way to sort a list ny anything other than name. ie, admission date, discharge date, etc.

Parent separation and compliance tab transfer
When separating Home files due to a death/divorce, it would be great if the files transferred over into the compliance tab as well as the Home file drop down menu. This is esp. important for trainings and background checks.

Staff List with Hire Date
Create a field code for staff hire date and/or create a report that includes hire date, first, last name, and staff title. This is a common request by the state and this should be a QUICK pull from Extended Reach rather than a manual process.

Login Audits
As an EHR, this is an essential cybersecurity need for an ability to have a report to review user account information, audit their access levels, determine which accounts need to be addressed because they fall behind a baseline in terms of access and account features. Per NIST guidelines, add the ability to review which records are accessed with date time stamps and by whom from where.

When eR Support is responding to a submitted ticket, copy my link and email I had submitted in eR to the reply email.
When eR Support is responding to my submitted ticket, it would be helpful for them to copy my original email and link to the reply email. This will help jog my memory of the ticket request I submitted. Sometimes, the reply from eR Support is months later and I may have forgotten.

Add "Pool" field from the Home General Tab to the "Custom Labels" section under Organization Settings
The issue that we are running into with our audits is that the term "pool" is somewhat subjective when you consider alternative water hazards such as hot tubs, stock ponds, fountains, creeks, rivers, lakes, etc.
The reponse from Support was that "Agency's typically use the 'Pool' check box to identify any water hazard of concern" but this causes an issue with out regulatory auditors who review the Home Study of a home identified as "Pool:Yes" but there is no pool on the property.
We request that the pool field be added to the Custom Labels section of the Organization Setting…

changing a rate defaults back to original rate
When a rate has expired and I change the rate and remove the expiration date, when you click save, it puts the expiration date back in. You have to go back in and remove it a second time. Double work and time consuming.
