  1. Option to Attach PP Slideshow to Home File

    It would be beneficial to include an option to attach a powerpoint slideshow similar to a word document, where it can be edited in the same format. This would be helpful to document and refer back to the photos included in home studies for each family's licensing file.

    I would like to suggest adding a staff directory with pictures in order for our resource parents to identify who it is with the agency they are speaking to prior to meeting them.

  3. Allow custom fields for Staff Profiles

    Allow custom fields on Staff Profiles; in the General Information Section. Doing so will allow agencies to enter, track and locate additional credentials and licensures. For example, the therapists on our staff have a BBS License Number, a NPI Number and Simon Number. It would be nice to see this data all in one place...without clicking on several tabs or opening several documents.

  4. Allow edits/deletes after 24 hours for specific reports/activities

    I'd like to dictate certain activities/reports that can be edited/deleted by caseworkers after 24 hours without needing the involvement of the branch or system admin.

  5. DHHS and other payments sources show as pending.

    Other payment sources such as DHHS show as pending like insurance so the client bill is accurate. Currently it is showing as client owed and that is not the case. This is concerning because we have to send the bill in order to collect fees that are the clients responsibility but then they see a huge bill that is not correct and it causes them unnecessary stress.

  7. Email alerts to workers for client responses to SMS appointment reminders

    Create an email alert event type in GCM for client responses to SMS appointment reminders - so a worker receives alerts for appointment confirmations and reschedule requests without having to check the history of an appointment record.

  10. Add New Activity Configuration Options for "Rate varies based on client age"

    Similar to the option to vary a rate based on insurance, but the ability to add an age range.

    For example, age 0-19 = $x.xx and age 20-99 = $x.xx.

  12. System Logic to Nullify a Triggering 'Event' When a Referral is Opened as a Case

    Having the ability to upload into and complete activities/reports while a client record is still a referral is wonderful - in both the Foster Care and GCM systems. But it's not so wonderful when duplicates of already existing activities/reports are created whenever a case open, admission or placement 'event' occurs... because in reality those items already 'exist'.

    As a result, when users are on-the-ball and diligently working on their referrals to get a jump on required compliance items, there's a consequence of a time-consuming data cleanup project that follows behind every case open/admission/placement.

  13. Ability to email and track caseworkers same as clients

    It would be great if we could email and track caseworkers and clients instead of just clients. Need ability to track both.

    Also would be VERY helpful if we had more edit functions when creating custom forms, such as: BOLD text, font size, font color, cut and paste options, page breaks, re-size the signature boxes, etc.

  14. Staff Email Alerts

    We are using eR to track staff documentation to be in compliance as well as tracking due dates for items such as paid time off increases, eligibility for pension, anniversaries of hire date etc.

    We set up reminders in the email alerts to notify a staff member when someone becomes eligible for one of these items. If a person is eligible 1 year from their hire date which is 365 days, we currently need to list it as less days so we receive the notification prior to the eligibility date.   17. Mobile App for Foster Parents

    It would be helpful for Foster Parent to have a Mobile App for ER. This would help with them using the communication and update reminders tab of the family web.

    Hi! In setting up the "inbox" - it would be great if once you select "file to" - the families and cases that appear in the drop down box could be limited to the cases and home that are assigned to the specific worker :)

  20. opt out of Out of Home based on each individual case plan

    The workspace does not give an option to opt out of the Out of Home Family service agreement and shows out of compliance, but not all kids in foster care have an Out of Home. If kids are up for adoption, they no longer have this plan in place through DSS in NC. Also, the majority of OHFSA involve parent information not children information. This is the parents plan for how to get their children back. Because of that, many social workers will not send it or are hesitant because of confidentiality.
