  2. Respite Homes vs Regular Homes

    We use the field codes for home information in a lot of our case reports. Sometimes it is just their names and sometimes it also is their address, phone number etc. When a child is in respite and a report is due during the same time period so the caseworker generates the report during the time the child is in respite, the reports will generate all of the respite family's information rather than the family they are actually placed with.   3. Mobile App Medicaid # in the Basic information

    It would be extremely helpful to have the Medicaid# for the child in the basic info on the app. This number is needed when a child sees a Dr. or is admitted into the hospital. A lot of those times, it is the person on call that is not the assigned worker and they don't have the number. (emergency instances)

  4. Include "Next" appointment column for both cases AND referrals

    Include the "next" appointment feature that exists in the last column of the case list on the staff's workspace and do the same thing for accepted referrals. This would be helpful for to know which referrals have or have not already been scheduled for their initial appointment.

  5. Allow foster parents to create "support" or "complaint" tickets that are tracked until solution is posted.

    Create customer service ticket system for use with foster parents. They can open a ticket and then it can be tracked to determine how long it takes before the ticket is solved/closed

  6. Tiered system with staff files -

    For Staff files: have a tiered system so that there is one person that has access to all files (HR position), and a another level, where an administrator can access only certain files for the staff that they supervise (supervisor position). I understand that currently it is either an all or nothing system for viewing staff records.

  7. Add "Under 18" or "Minor Children" drop-down option for Reports/Activities

    Some Requirements/Reports for "Household Members" in our Homes are ONLY applicable to minor children (age 0-17). The drop-down options for who a report is required for include ages 1 and up, 9 and up, 19 and up, and everything in between. So it would be great if, at the very least, we had a selection for "Minor Children", or "Under 18".

  8. Email Alerts table to include the Event Type and Activity/Report

    Add the event type and activity/report types as additional columns to the excel export of the email alerts table. This would be of great benefit when there are name changes to any of the activities/reports so that we can easily find where that report/activity name is located and which alerts it pertains to.

  9. Clean and Simple Historical Placement Log

    Please create a tab in the foster home profile that displays that home's placement history. This is absolutely necessary for my agency. When we had paper files, we simply wrote them in on a piece of paper kept in their file - their name, DOB, date of entry, and their date of discharge. ER does not have any simple way to view this, which makes it very difficult for us when writing home study updates or other evaluations. It just needs to be in a simple table format.   11. Can we add a way to re-order the People tab by priority.

    I would like to be able to re-order the People tab by priority. There are several staff that are no longer involved and I do need to keep their information for future reference but i want to keep them at the bottom of the list.

  15. To be able to upload vehicle insurance for multiple vehicles.

    We would like the option to select vehicles when uploading the vehicle insurance policy. Some homes have multiple vehicles with the same policy and at this time the same document needs to be uploaded for each vehicle although its the same policy.

  16. Add Option to Exclude/Include On Hold or Inactive Families

    We should be able to exclude RFA Families who are On Hold (or Inactive) from Excel downloads, mass "RFA Family" emails, and so on. Their due and expired items should also be optionally hidden from Workers' task lists and from the Homes' screens. Nothing is due while they are On Hold.

  18. Include an option to clone an email alert.

    In the configurator, there is an option to Clone Report Type, which greatly decreases the amount of time needed to add similar items. It would be extremely helpful to have a Clone button for email alerts.

  19. During this time that our agency is 100% virtual we need a chat box option ASAP for the staff. Management can know who is work/not working

  20. Advanced Filter Options for Foster Home Email Messages

    Would like the ability to search for families by branch location and/or home status and/or provider type. For example, it would be great to be able to post a message to ONLY San Antonio Licensed Homes, but right now the only option is to select ALL San Antonio Families or ALL Licensed homes and then MANUALLY select the corresponding families from the list. I would like to be able to narrow the list for posting messages to the home in the same way that we are able to narrow the home roster list by BOTH groupings.
