Would like a way to have the system randomly select completed activities/reports under the case & home files and email links to those documents to a supervisor so they can check to ensure the content is meeting the expectations/requirements.

Could have a way to schedule the email with criteria:
1. Case Files, Home Files, or Both
2. How far back to pull an activity/report or date/range.
3. Activity, Report, or Both
4. How many to select.
5. One time or scheduled pull (repeat every 30, 60, 90 days)
6. Allow activity to be chosen again, not chosen again, or can be chosen if not chosen within last # of days/months/audits.
7. Specific activity, report, or all.
8. Specific activity/report type or all.
9. Specific program/program category.
10. Specific worker.
11. Specific home.
12. Specific supervisor's direct reports.

Then, could add line to activity/report to show when it was audited and by whom.

Dashboard to show audits within date range or on specific activity/report.
