Show Alerts on Home Page (and Mobile App Notifications) vs. just Email
Give users the option (on User Preferences screen) to have email alerts appear on their home page vs. receiving an email.
Alerts could be dismissed or an alert history could be maintained.
Support browser-based/mobile app notifications for events such as when a report is ready to review + approve.

Auditor access Case Management Module
It would be great to have an auditor profile in the Case Management Module. Auditors should only have access to documents that they are requesting or need to see instead of all documents.

Print Activity and Reports by a certain dates.
It would be helpful to have the option to select certain time frame to print Activity and Reports. Have the ability to enter Month/date/year.

Emailing forms from eR
When emailing forms from eR it automatically populates the clinician's email. For our purposes, we are emailing the document directly to the family so it would be more helpful for the email to populate the family email. I understand that various users may implement this function differently, so possibly there could even be a selection to choose which email to populate.

Foster Family Website "Draft" Status Confirmation
When Foster Families open a report through the FFW, they see the same confirmation screen whether they click "Submit" or "Save as Draft." When they save as draft, the system tells them:
"Your report has been successfully SUBMITTED". Please change the confirmation screen to inform them they saved the report as draft.6 votes -
Allow documents uploaded to inbox to be uploaded to compliance tab
When staff scan documents to my inbox to upload I'd like to have a dropdown that shows which documents are in the compliance tab as well so I can upload certain ones specific to that tab.

Staff Training Compliance
We would like to modify the Staff compliance section to be divided into Pre-service training, Orientation training, Mandatory Annual Training, and Recommended training. Each section would have the list of trainings we have in those sections.

Allow supervisors to edit/approve Treatment Goals from the Treatment Tab
Our program had to create a separate document that pulls all treatment goals through to allow us to edit and approve them. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to edit and approve goals from the treatment tab. We would then be able to pull them through to the Treatment plan easily and reduce the number of steps required to complete an ITP.

Appointment System - allow 2 way syncing
This appointment system is currently more like a reminder task list for the worker. There needs to be an immediate 2 way syncing between calendars to be used in real time so that you do not have to do double work and update multiple calendars if you have meeting invites on your outlook or gmail, etc. On outlook it creates an entirely new calendar instead of just integrating it with your own calendar.

Allow treatment goals to pull in details when added as an item in custom form builder. At this time only the goal is available with no details.

Another Option for Applying Payments to A/R Invoices/Claims
Currently to apply a payment, you pull up the client Finance Record, Choose 'Payment' fill in the information from the payment and apply to the appropriate invoice. If the Funding Organization/Payer is only paying for a few clients and invoices, this works fine, but we get Funding Organizations/Payers that are paying for 100's of clients and invoices with one check/EFT and doing it this way is very time consuming. Even using the "Add Another" is time consuming because you need to enter the invoice number or name each time.

Add a duplicate button for duplicate referrals
We receive numerous duplicated referrals often and would like to be able to add new date with existing demographics to system instead of re-adding all this data again and again. It would be a real timesaver for our intake department.

Adding external signature features to staff documents and trainings
We have at least a hundred traingings that our staff do. It would cut down on paper if we could have the feature to add external signature collection to staffing documents and trainings.

Send and track references
We use Extended Reach exclusively to track new resource parent applications, and it works like a dream! Applicants fill out forms in their Family web, and we can then review and approve them. The only thing it doesn't do for us right now is send out references. It would be awesome to be able to have this automated in some way. We used Binti before eR and it did this for us. Families would enter their references and it would automatically send out the form via email to each reference and then file it in the same location as it…

Add a start date for medication
Medications can be prescribed and started on different days. We often have our psychiatrist prescribe on a Thursday but the new meds are not started till the following Tuesday.

Calculations within Reports and Activities
Have Reports and Activities internally perform calculations based on field code entries. This would minimize risk of errors in which reports need to display a calculation based on field code entries

Field Code number assignment
Provide the ability to directly edit field code number assignments. When changes are made to Reports, past and future data are sometimes no longer in alignment. Being able to manually assign field code entries would make editing easier.

Readmitting
Be able to select what information you want to transfer to readmit a child. A had a sibling group readmitted. All of their items from 2018 transferred to now. Medication logs, medical information, those items are not needed. At least an option to select multiple things to delete if needed instead of having to go into each individual item to delete.

Allow for the deletion of community posts on the Foster Family Website.
Families will have access to confidential information and may accidentally post to the community instead of privately. It would be nice to know that we could delete posts that violate privacy/community guidelines. The "Questionable Post" link doesn't allow for deleting or hiding the post.
Also I posted test posts that are still up there and it would be nice to delete them.6 votes -
Mass Communication with Clients in RES and GCM databases
It would be wonderful if we were able to do mass communication (email, text) with clients directly in the eR system and then that action would create a contact note for the client(s) on their file.
