How can we improve extendedReach?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

    Allow more than one Authorization to be linked to an invoice. In Foster Care, there is typically more than one funding stream for services.

  3. Resize scanner inbox document preview

    The document preview for the scanner inbox is small and inconvenient to view and identify documents. Enlarging the preview window frame provides a better view.

    Please expand Intake - Foster Care Referrals to include decline reason. This is needed for T3C compliance. Thanks!

  5. Allow signature field to be exported with staff signature image to Zoho Analytics

    A custom form was created using requiring a staff signature. However, the staff signature cannot be exported as an image to Zoho reports. Also. it would be helpful to export staff trainings as an Excel file.

  7. Can we build the ability to email from the referral tab.

    It would be nice to be able to email the state/contractor from the referral tab directly like the open cases and foster home tab. For us we have to track the responses we send to DCS and we have a 4 hour window to respond to this. If we could email we could have it documented and time stamped and would not be adding about 5 extra steps to the process.

    It would be very helpful if we could attach photo ID and copied of insurance to any relationships/contacts we add to the People tab for our clients

  9. Offer the ability to increase number of bedrooms per household

    Current settings for the home information caps at 18 bedrooms however we have housing facilities that have more than 20 rooms. It would be helpful to be able to increase the number of rooms per household so that we can assign clients properly.

  14. A Universal Insurance Provider List

    Transitoin to a Universal Insurance Provider list (instead of lists for each organziaton ) to reduce number of required entries (or edits) containing the same information.

  15. Ability to Receive Email Alerts Upon the Submission of an Online Referral Form (GCM) or Online Inquiry Form (RES)

    Currently there is not a way to receive notification that an online form has been received. It would be awesome if this ability was implemented so we don't have to weed through all pending referrals or inquiries (as some are still entered manually).

  16. There should be a way to limit a user to creating user ids and staff profiles.

    This way HR can add staff and upload their documents without having full access and being able to make other changes to the system.
