  1. Adapt calendar to work like an actual Calendar

    1. Make it so that staff can delete their own appointments, not just admins
    2. Allow for non-client appointments to not pull in an "outstanding" appointment list.
    3. Make "billable" codes/units searchable in the calendar in order to find spots that therapists can insert people into their calendars.
    4. Allow for it to truly sync with calendars 2-ways and not just create a new calendar in outlook and not update for 8 hours.
    5. Create a friendlier searchable calendar by name, date, billable activity, etc.
    6. Allow for "administrative assistants" to see all provider calendars at once and search for the best available spot by time…

  2. Configuration for automatic sync to Zoho after Report completion

    Add a feature to the Activity and Report configurations that forces an upload to Zoho when submitting. I know it is possible to do it manually in System Configuration, but having this directly attached to specific submissions would be extremely helpful for up to date Zoho reporting.

  4. Can we have a waitlist section under referral?

    We would like a seperate section other than "pending" to say waitlist.

    Also to see what is pending v Accepted in the monthly time frame.

  5. Merge cases in General Case Management System

    Having the option to merge duplicate cases would help streamline the process for ensuring all data is uploaded in one spot, rather than having to manually download and reupload documents from the duplicate file.

  6. Multiple staff assigned to one case

    Hi - My agency is starting to run cases that will need multiple staff assigned to one case. Right now, we have a case that needs 6 staff assigned to it. It could be more in the future. Is it possible to be able to add this to the features in the EHR?

  7. Set an activity/report to have an "optional" first approval?

    I know there is a setting for an optional second approval, but we want some reports/activities to have an optional first approval.

  8. Develop an "add aditional" button for additing extra fields in an activity

    Create a feature that will allow the user to "add another" (i.e., Goals, person etc.,) as needed when a button is checked (i.e., similar to the secondary client feature on the general tab).

    This would very useful for adding varying number of fields such as in a Treatment plan, where some clients will have more goals than others.

  9. Secondary targeted staff in Referral

    Add a secondary targeted staff on a referral so when you accept the referral and open the case, both caseworkers automatically are added. Also, it allows the two caseworkers to see documents and client info before the case is open so they can prep for the case.

  12. Editing Documents

    There needs to be a way to prevent individuals from editing someone else documents. Example: If I create a document, my supervisor should not be allowed to edit that document without me approving the changes since I was the one that created the document.

  13. Option to automatically assign cases to their home's licensing worker

    We should have an option where eR automatically assigns each case to the same licensing worker for the home they are placed in, instead of having to manually assign each case to their licensing worker.
    In our agency and in most foster care agencies, the licensing worker for the home is also the assigned worker for all children (cases) placed within that home.
    This would reduce steps we have to take when adding a placement, or when a placement moves to a different home, or when a home switches licensing workers.

  14. Removing or stopping tasks from populating after a youth has been discharged.

    Is there a way to remove late tasks of youth who are discharged from the case load or out of the program/system? I have 5 youth who have been discharged and no longer on my case load but I continue to receive tasks for them like "Casey Life Skills After Admission" but the youth has been gone for almost a year.

  15. Create categories for online forms in FFW

    Give agencies the ability to create and configure categories for the online forms in the child area of the FFW. We have a lot of custom forms for our foster parents and that list gets long and cumbersome and it would be nice to split it up into categories. For example- we could have "New Placement Forms" so that the foster parents knows these are the forms they need to fill and submit upon initial placement of a child.

  17. Custom tab only permission setting

    The summaries tab (custom tab only) needs to be an option so that you can share zoho reports with staff but not all summary reports with staff. This option is available in the foster care module already

    it would be nice if we could set up an email or workspace alert when an item has been added to a specific section of the Shared Forms + Files folder, that way staff knows that a training video or agency-specific guide has been added.

  20. Ability to turn on view for only select residents/clients versus the entire "home" for residential.

    Since a lot of contracted and resident-specific workers only work with select children, it would be nice to have the ability to allow access to only select residents/clients versus the entire "home" - as in residential this is not helpful with ensuring other resident information is not viewable to staff who do not need to see it.
