  1. Assign more than 2 Individuals to a Client

    Both the Foster Care and GCM sides of the system need to allow more than 2 staff to be assigned to one client.

  2. Program or Organization Setting preventing Activities or Reports being added to closed cases

    We need to prevent users (by user group preferably) from adding activities and/or reports to cases that have been closed.

    We run 2 programs, one is our residential program which transitions folks onto their next chapter living outside of our facilities. As part of the services we offer, we enroll them into an "Aftercare" program which is for folks who don't live in our residential facilities. Sometimes, folks will accidentally enter activities on the closed case (not sure how they end up there, but it happens).

    This feels like it should already be a feature in a multi-program tool, so…

  4. Bot - Import information from PDF and Word documents into the families records

    I would like to import information into the families records from PDF and Word documents. This would save me time from inserting the information manually. This function would operate as a Bot. I would be able to revise the imported information for correctness and report any issues to ER for corrective actions.

  6. GCM Features same as Residential

    GCM does not have all the features that the Residential module has. For example, the preferred name pulls over to the side bar in residential module, but not in GCM. All residential module features should at least be options in GCM.

  7. TPG integration - automate the Upload PDFs to TPG

    All providers in Texas need TPG integration that uploads client documents automatically. TPG provides the APIs for document upload integration and IR integration. Downloading the documents from eR and navigating through TPG to upload them can be an automated function.
    Plans of Service; Court Documents; Health documents; safety plans, progress notes, etc. needs to be an automate process.

  8. Print Formatting

    Provide further customized options in how Reports and Activities are formatted when printed. Some of the Reports can be quite lengthy, have empty space, and generally are hard to read when printed. If the reports could be exported to an uploaded Word document format with the assigned field codes before printing, that would be a big help.

  10. Create a Spanish version of eR that mirrors the current model.

    We would actually like this for foster care and GM modules. It would be exact replica of the current eR; however, in Spanish. We would use for Spanish speaking international staff, but could also be used in U.S. with Spanish speaking staff.

  13. Allow case managers to change title of a document that foster parents have submitted incorrectly.

    For example if a foster parent uploads a Well Child Visit under a miscellaneous medical document, case managers should be able to change the document's title instead of having the document sit in the case file as draft.

  14. Actions triggered by a client's age / documents generated based on client's age

    It would be nice if we could trigger certain documents to automatically generate based on a client's age. We have a form that gets filled out when a client turns 16. Also, when client's turn 18 we need to close and if something notified us a few weeks before, it would be helpful.

    It appears that age-based triggering is available in FC module, but may not be in the GCM module.

  15. to be able to restrict Place of Service codes to a particular activity, in order to reduce user errors resulting in non-payment by insurers

    For Medicaid services, according to the Covered Service Guide for AHCCCS in AZ, only specific Place of Service Codes are eligible for specific HCPC service codes. It would help if we could select and limit specific POS codes when creating or editing service activities.

  16. Time Dispensed line added to current eR MAR

    We absolutely LOVE your current MAR that is built into eR. However our State requires time dispensed to be documented each time a med is given. This one change would allow us to utilize your online form.

  18. Grade level in Education section

    The grade level in education should progress each July 1 (or whatever makes sense for your area). Most students progress a grade level each year and it's a lot of work for someone to manually change each grade for each child each year. Students who stay back can be changed mannually. If the education spot is left blank (i.e. the child is too young to be in school) nothing would happen.

  19. ability to rename docs generated in extended reach. the docs generated in er are named randomly with letters and numbers.

    It would be great to be able to rename file/docs generated in extended reach. I see letter number combinations that are not relevant to dates, and other more intuitive ways I would generally use to organize docs.
    It would be a time saver not to have to download and save a doc generated in extended reach in order to rename it and upload it again into extended reach.

  20. Fields for Preferred Pronouns

    This applies to all modules within extendedReach. I'd like to see a preferred pronouns field made available. I realize we can do this is a custom field, but I'd like to see it as a default.
