  1. Foster Family Web

    I'd like for foster families to have access to see the files that are shared with them in the Compliance Checklist on the FFW. Currently they can see the name of the activity/report and the expiration/completion date, but not the ability to see the actual document.

  2. Ability to select multiple default options in Configurator fields or "select all"

    It would be really great if configurator fields could include more than one default option. Such as multiple checkboxes. OR if the system could include a select all option. For example, we do a clothing inventory on the client where ALL fields need to be checked. It's a lot of clicking to check them all. It would be great if we could either default all or have a select all option. Then we would only uncheck the ones that don't apply.

  3. Fields for Preferred Pronouns

    This applies to all modules within extendedReach. I'd like to see a preferred pronouns field made available. I realize we can do this is a custom field, but I'd like to see it as a default.

  5. Create an option to link mother/baby referrals similar to sibling groups

    When a referral comes in for a mother and baby, we would like a way to connect the two cases as a "group" similar to siblings. We could get the functionality we need by putting them in as a sibling group, but this doesn't seem quite right as they are not siblings and the terminology doesn't fit the relationships.

  6. Make "trigger" formulas more dynamic and accessible

    It would be great to trigger documents based on grade, Special education, if a foster home has fire arms, pools/body of water, etc.

  7. Having a spot on your workspace like an inbox that shows you the messages families have sent. At least showing unread messages.

    It would be nice to have a spot on your workspace like an inbox that shows you the messages families have sent to you. At least showing unread messages. That way you don't have to go back and forth from your email to ER, it would all be in one spot. Also, if people have a rule set up for their email to directs all ER alerts to a specific folder they may miss a message from a family.

  8. Ability to Lock forms after Approval/Review

    There needs to be a lock option once a form has been approved/reviewed. As it is, any form can be changed at any time, even after the forms has been approved. This option needs to be available on both sides Foster Care and GCM.

  9. Add Ethnicity in the Client Information section of the General Tab. Race, then Ethnicity. This is a Civil Rights Compliance requirement.

    In addition to Race, Civil Rights Compliance requires that organizations over 50 employees track Ethnicity and Disability. These should be included as part of the Client Information section of the General Tab and have the ability to make them required fields.

  10. Add a "read receipt" option to Family Web notices

    When we send a group email to families through "Post a message to homes", it would be helpful to include a "read receipt" check box so that we can track if a family has seen the item we have sent.

  12. Doc file name change in ER

    Please make a way for us to be able o change the document file name once we upload them into ER instead of only naming it once we scan hem on the scanner keyboard, this way if we make a mistake we can change the doc names within ER.

  13. Undo for eR Inbox

    SWs who need to move dozens of files from their eR Inbox to the appropriate Compliance item occasionally slip up; They would love an option in the eR Inbox to UNDO LAST ACTION, or something to that effect. Otherwise, the item disappears from the inbox, and you have to download it from the item, delete the wrong compliance item, re-email it, open the case, attach again. Would save a lot of time.

  14. Share only the most recent attachment completed to Family Web

    Would like to see a setting that would share only the most recently completed attachment to the Family Website. Currently, what the home sees is multiple attachments, some years old. It'd be helpful and less confusing for only the most recent completed shared to the Family Web.

  15. Billing Rules for less errors

    Allow there to be flags or billing rules built into the back end of eR that trigger flags or shut down users from billing incorrectly. For example, if a user tries to bill Therapy (30 mins) and Family Therapy (30 mins) in the same day, then it would either say NO or it would trigger an administrator to review before generating a claim, because it is not allowed to be billed. Same thing for not allowing claims to be generated for case notes that are dated 2 weeks late, allowing it to do the documentation, but not necessarily billing it…

  16. Family Website tab could have a lot more functionality

    When a family uploads a document from the FFW, it shows up in the "Family Website" tab, saying "Note", when they uploaded, and the name of their document.

    Unless they named the attachment beautifully, there's no way of knowing what document it is without opening the attachment. You also can't click on the Note to take you to the compliance item.

    Can you:
    1) Add a line in the Note that says the name of the Compliance item the upload was targeted for?
    and/or
    2) Make it so the item is clickable and takes you to the Compliance item to…

  17. "Allow Custom Form field codes to be generated manually" in a way that doesn't erase the rest of the document

    Since we cannot currently pull reports into a document, it would be nice to know that when we updated information the case worker could update their document without erasing everything they have already done.

  18. Multiple client entry in a single Report

    Have Reports and Activities that allow for collection of data for multiple clients, which results in separate Reports/Activities for each client. I would think you would have to designate which field codes are assigned to each patient (i.e., all included patients, individual patients, groups of patients based on conditional logic). This would be helpful for some of our reports that we email out in the completed form

  19. Add a "Save & Exit" button on the ribbon between "Cancel" & "Save".

    The "Save" button would be used to save your work in a report or activity and continue working to keep from losing information if there is a computer or internet glitch. The "Save & Exit" or "Save & Close" button would save your work and take you back to the previous screen which is what the current "Save" button does.

  20. Ability to add multiple families to a case note

    Kaleidacare had the ability to select multiple families for one case note. Extended Reach is extremely time consuming having to add that same case note individually for every family.
