  1. Add a "read receipt" option to Family Web notices

    When we send a group email to families through "Post a message to homes", it would be helpful to include a "read receipt" check box so that we can track if a family has seen the item we have sent.

  2. Automatically stop tracking expiration dates when a home is closed

    After we "discharge" a home, all items that were being tracked for an expiration date should automatically end rather than needing to go into each individual document.

  3. Doc file name change in ER

    Please make a way for us to be able o change the document file name once we upload them into ER instead of only naming it once we scan hem on the scanner keyboard, this way if we make a mistake we can change the doc names within ER.

  4. Undo for eR Inbox

    SWs who need to move dozens of files from their eR Inbox to the appropriate Compliance item occasionally slip up; They would love an option in the eR Inbox to UNDO LAST ACTION, or something to that effect. Otherwise, the item disappears from the inbox, and you have to download it from the item, delete the wrong compliance item, re-email it, open the case, attach again. Would save a lot of time.

  5. Share only the most recent attachment completed to Family Web

    Would like to see a setting that would share only the most recently completed attachment to the Family Website. Currently, what the home sees is multiple attachments, some years old. It'd be helpful and less confusing for only the most recent completed shared to the Family Web.

  6. Billing Rules for less errors

    Allow there to be flags or billing rules built into the back end of eR that trigger flags or shut down users from billing incorrectly. For example, if a user tries to bill Therapy (30 mins) and Family Therapy (30 mins) in the same day, then it would either say NO or it would trigger an administrator to review before generating a claim, because it is not allowed to be billed. Same thing for not allowing claims to be generated for case notes that are dated 2 weeks late, allowing it to do the documentation, but not necessarily billing it…

  7. "Allow Custom Form field codes to be generated manually" in a way that doesn't erase the rest of the document

    Since we cannot currently pull reports into a document, it would be nice to know that when we updated information the case worker could update their document without erasing everything they have already done.

  8. Print Formatting

    Provide further customized options in how Reports and Activities are formatted when printed. Some of the Reports can be quite lengthy, have empty space, and generally are hard to read when printed. If the reports could be exported to an uploaded Word document format with the assigned field codes before printing, that would be a big help.

  9. Add a "Save & Exit" button on the ribbon between "Cancel" & "Save".

    The "Save" button would be used to save your work in a report or activity and continue working to keep from losing information if there is a computer or internet glitch. The "Save & Exit" or "Save & Close" button would save your work and take you back to the previous screen which is what the current "Save" button does.

  10. Ability to add multiple families to a case note

    Kaleidacare had the ability to select multiple families for one case note. Extended Reach is extremely time consuming having to add that same case note individually for every family.

    Zoho is okay, but limited.

    Would like to be able to connect directly to our database to import data into PowerBI to create custom dashboards.

  12. Family Website tab could have a lot more functionality

    When a family uploads a document from the FFW, it shows up in the "Family Website" tab, saying "Note", when they uploaded, and the name of their document.

    Unless they named the attachment beautifully, there's no way of knowing what document it is without opening the attachment. You also can't click on the Note to take you to the compliance item.

    Can you:
    1) Add a line in the Note that says the name of the Compliance item the upload was targeted for?
    and/or
    2) Make it so the item is clickable and takes you to the Compliance item to…

    Allow users to send multiple attachments when sharing information via the Family Web to reduce the number of posts families need to review when agencies are making announcements or during processes like renewals and amendments

  14. Customize the Outbound List

    I would like to be able to post a message to only our homes that have openings. This would help with referrals. Currently, our only options are All Homes, Licensed Families, Applicants, Inquiries or remember and check box every family we want to send the message to

  15. Showing only current shared files

    Could you make it an option to show only current forms in the Shared Files section on the FFW? We have families that reference forms in that section and get confused which form they need to refer to.

  16. "Copy From Previous" but replace signatures with code

    When using the "Copy from Previous" function in a web form, it would be helpful if the signatures did not copy over, but instead the code for the signatures copied over. This way, staff know that they still need to send documents to clients and supervisors for signature approval.

  17. Web Documents should have attachment option

    There are many occasions when workers would need to attach a document to a Web Document. Such as, if the Web Doc is a monthly contact note and a copy of an email needs to be attached. This feature already exists in the Foster Care eR, and should exist here too!

  18. Create easy access to shared files or blank PDF forms by placing them on Compliance tab next to each required item.

    Move or link blank PDF or Word files to the Compliance Tab requirements similar to configurator forms. This will increase easy of finding documents that need printed and filled out.

    Example: I'm on the phone with a Foster Parent. They are looking at the Family Website and see a red compliance item on their checklist. They click on it to find the form, similar to configurator forms, but nothing appears because it is a PDF or Word document.   19. Multiple client entry in a single Report

    Have Reports and Activities that allow for collection of data for multiple clients, which results in separate Reports/Activities for each client. I would think you would have to designate which field codes are assigned to each patient (i.e., all included patients, individual patients, groups of patients based on conditional logic). This would be helpful for some of our reports that we email out in the completed form

  20. Put Add file from another activity or report button in GCM Program!

    There is an "add file from another activity or report button" in the foster care module that allows you to search the case file or pdfs in ExtendedReach to pull into that document, and it is amazing. This would be great to have in GCM since we admit people into multiple programs to be able to place files that are already in the case files into the correct places without having to constantly re-download them. See attachment for the button I am referring to.
