Allow e-mail alerts to be specific to inquiries, beyond when an inquiry is opened or closed.

Keep Show Hidden opened
After we have opened Show Hidden, keep it open until we are finished with it. I don't know the Category. It's on the upper right hand side of eReach.

Ability to choose Adding Report = Waived, Pending
I upload a lot and when I'm done, I go back and see mostly green/yellow, which is great. But the RED dots... it would be nice to chose either Waived or Pending and change the color to Black or Grey, etc. It would save time not having to go back and find it was Pending or Waived.

accepted referral
In addition to admission(Foster care) or case open (GCM) triggers, there should also be an option to trigger documentation off of an "accepted" referral.

Create a separate User Group Permission Sub-Setting allowing staff to delete Activities and Reports in DRAFT status only.
Each month, we receive support requests at our internal IT team to delete hundreds of drafts that were started but not completed for whatever reason. Or re-opened and restarted, despite there being an existing draft. It would be helpful if there could be a sub-setting under the Activities and Reports permission settings.

Include Likert Scale Option in Custom Form Builder
When building a custom form more options should be available as to the set-up of the document. Likert Scale options are an important way that individuals gather data in todays world. Including an option to build a Likert Scale in the custom form section would be of great help for all of us who use this site to gather data for our organizations.

Login Audits
As an EHR, this is an essential cybersecurity need for an ability to have a report to review user account information, audit their access levels, determine which accounts need to be addressed because they fall behind a baseline in terms of access and account features. Per NIST guidelines, add the ability to review which records are accessed with date time stamps and by whom from where.

Parent separation and compliance tab transfer
When separating Home files due to a death/divorce, it would be great if the files transferred over into the compliance tab as well as the Home file drop down menu. This is esp. important for trainings and background checks.

Add an arrow button to move back and forth between the previous activity, report, files, etc.& ability to check multiple files to load once
Add arrow buttons that allow the person to click and go backwards to previous and forward to the next file, activity, report, etc. It is a hassle and time consuming. For example now when you go into clients file and click on, let's say the application, you then have to click on the link. The app populates a new tab. You then have to go back to the previous tab and return to case file, then find the other file you need from that client click on it. It is to much and not very productive. Having the option to…

Add outgoing Fax functionality similar to the Email Alerts
Include native functionality that can send an outgoing facsimile message to a designated fax number upon selected triggers much like our existing email alert functionality rather than using a 3rd party integration

Make Zoho Link Easier to Find
I would LOVE if the Zoho Analytics link was featured more prominently, maybe as a button at the top of the screen or on the sidebar.
That would make it much easier to navigate to. It is a bit difficult to remember the location when you are first becoming familiar with the platform, and since it is at the very bottom of the 'Organizational Settings' dropdown list, it gets covered by a black text box and can be difficult to locate.

archive external signature requests
Allow pending external signature requests to be archived as Never Collected after discharge or after a certain number of days. We don't want to lose the history of requesting signatures but also don't want this to remain on the Awaiting External Signature view.

multiple custom reports in draft mode at once
Add functionality to have multiple custom reports (with a trigger and approval process) to be created and in draft mode at once. This is a barrier to productivity that it has to be approved before the next report can be started.

Adoption homes into Regions
Allow Adoption Home Activities such as Direct Mail, Email Contacts, Text Messaging, etc. to be copied to certain Regions of Adoption Homes to make it easier and more efficient for workers. Sometimes workers send emails or direct mail, etc. to certain regions of the program, in addition to their entire caseload.
Or allow the worker to "copy this activity (when completed) to my active homes" AND also to other individually chosen homes throughout the Adoption programs.

Print by Batches
Print in batches, give us an option to print by selecting items. instead of printing one item at a time we should be able to select multiple items at once to print.

Field codes for closed or past programs to use in emails and print templates
Our agency has multiple programs that we use extendedReach for. Most individuals start in temporary lodging and then when we locate a permanent housing placement for them, we close that program and open an aftercare program for them.
It would be helpful to have the ability to use custom field codes that can access basic information about a prior program. This would allow us to create print templates that cover their entire engagement with our agency. In addition, this would prevent us from having to create manual notification emails which require information about the participant from their start with our…
