Adding CAPTCHA to online referral forms
In the world of spam, bots, and unsavory characters, website forms seem to be a hot target. In order to keep business efficient, it is vital to have the ability to filter out and block these bots from filling out our forms, dirtying up our data, and creating more work for our team.
I believe adding a CAPTCHA to online referral forms will solve this problem.

add a field code for the funding worker's phone number for face sheet
The funding worker is an essential part of the team, and it is essential to have this number on the face sheet especially if there is an emergency and we do not have access to the extended reach through a power outage.

Allow admit to referral in between programs
Currently, you only have admit to another program and then you have to bump it back to a referral to keep a bunch of information. However, if anything has been billed, it will not let us bump it back to a referral which completely messes up our data in between programs. It even allows us to admit from residential as a referral but not from our own GCM programs on the same side. We have clients that step up and down in care all the time or get referred for one program level but qualify for a much higher level…

Add "foster home initiated report using web document" to the options for Home/Case Reports
Make it possible for a foster family to fill out a web document through the Foster Family Website. It would be even more simple than custom forms for our families to be able to fill out the web document from the website without losing the format of our companies documents.

Run a LIC 500 report from the employee side of ER.
The LIC 500 is a state licensing report that California Care Licensing always asks for.

Group Open Cases by "Current Placement" and view the Room/Bed Assignment In Case List
I would like to be able to view the open cases by the value displayed..."Current Placement".
In addition, we'd like to see which Room/Bed they are placed into in the case view.

Add ability to clone an email alert
In the same way that reports and activities can be cloned and then altered, it would be helpful to have that same ability to clone an email alert.

Staff Permissions for Multiple Branches
We are able to set up staff access to multiple branches but there is currently no way to limit the staff to only view the branches they are assigned to. Currently they can see and access general information in branches that do not pertain to them. This would be a huge feature so staff do not see information that they do not need access to.

Add a tab for tracking "Address" on the FCM
We use extendedReach for case management and lodging for some of Seattle's unhoused citizens. Often, they receive mail at a PO Box, Friend/Family, etc.
We also use it for case managing folks through our Eviction Mitigation program. Since we don't usually lodge the folks in this program, we've been forced to create a custom report for Address information. This feels cumbersome in such a beautifully executed interface. We'd like a place to document address information for these clients that can be viewed on the main Case screen/tabs.

Case Discharge Reasons
Currently there is no way to turn off the feature that allows staff to enter in their own discharge reasons. There should be a setting on the backend that allows this option to be turned off for agencies that do not want staff to write in their own discharge reasons and select from the list of dropdown items only.

Auditor Access
The ability to change the information that is displayed on the child's profile. The information is pretty basic. It would be nice to be able to add allergies, rate level, medicaid number. Some of these items are requested by auditors. It would be nice for the items to be displayed instead of having to create an entry for a face sheet that does contain this information.

Goal, Diagnosis, etc field code pull ins should work more like KCare and be date based.
Currently, Goals, Diagnosis etc pull in based on current or past month. It would be better if these were date based like Kcare.

summary of incidents - include status of incident on list
On the screen that shows a list of the # of incidents for the last 3, 7, or 30 days, include the status (draft, submitted, or completed) of the incident report.

The ability to identify a form as a medical form on the GCM side of the system
We should be able to mark a GCM form as medical like we can on the Residential side of the system. That way, we can specify which types of case notes or pieces of the client contact record we would like to pull or field code that type of information into a form.

Require training hours - staff
We would like required training hours added for staff. Currently for foster parents it is within "Organization Preferences>Settings>Foster Parent Training Hours". For staff we would like to be able to require hours tied to the Group they are attached to.

Sync updates between User ID's & Staff Profiles
If the staff's title or branch is changed in either the staff profile or user ID, that info should sync to the other. Better yet, combine the User ID's & the Staff profiles to one thing. Having them separate is confusing.

Custom "Marital Status" options on the Case Record
In our implementation, we serve a very diverse population. We need to be able to categorize their "marital status" beyond the traditional. Single, Married, Divorced, and Widowed" options built into extendedReach. This seems like a no-brainer, as custom options are available in the home settings.

Foster Family Website submissions - add Child Name option to alert subject line
We were hoping to get a child's name appended to the subject line in the FFW alerts, since families often have more than one child. If they submit three "Clothing Receipts" items, it's easy to see them as identical. But if it says "Clothing Receipts (Child 1)", etc., that would be great.
You can do this in the regular Email Alerts, so I'm voting for that option too!
All we need though in Organization Settings -> Organization Preferences -> Family Web -> Emails -> Inbound Notifications from Families is a check box "Append Case Name to subject line".3 votes
