Custom tab only permission setting
The summaries tab (custom tab only) needs to be an option so that you can share zoho reports with staff but not all summary reports with staff. This option is available in the foster care module already

Email or Workspace Alert for Newly Added Shared Forms + Files
it would be nice if we could set up an email or workspace alert when an item has been added to a specific section of the Shared Forms + Files folder, that way staff knows that a training video or agency-specific guide has been added.

Ability to turn on view for only select residents/clients versus the entire "home" for residential.
Since a lot of contracted and resident-specific workers only work with select children, it would be nice to have the ability to allow access to only select residents/clients versus the entire "home" - as in residential this is not helpful with ensuring other resident information is not viewable to staff who do not need to see it.

Lock down and Alert when a change to billable case activities have been made after it's been ran for the month
The ability to "lockdown" billing or send any kind of alert when a change has been made after the billing has been ran for the month. This feature is available in our Foster Care/Residential system, but not in the GCM system you are using now.

Copy from multiple report/activity types for Homes
It would be great if the option to copy from multiple report/activity types was available for homes. Right now it's only an option for cases. Home reports/activities have the ability to copy from a previous report but not to copy from another report type.

Adding Home visits to the Foster Care Cases List on the Caseworker Home Screen
Our caseworkers would like an additional column in their Foster Care Cases list on their home page. They would like a column that would list the last time they completed a Home Visit in additional to the visited column. They need 2 visits per month and one must be in the Resource Home and this would help them to keep track of what they still need to complete each month.

Download and Upload user created forms.
I would love a repository where we can download user and kcare created configurator forms to then upload and use them for our agencies. I.E. I create a homestudy template, someone else can download and use that template for their agency with some of their own edits.

The ability to assign dates under auditor
It would be great to have the ability to assign date timeframes when assigning the auditor function. For example, if the auditor is requesting to view only 30 days of documents, the ability to assign only 30 days instead of the entire file would be great.

It would be great if we couold perform mass adjustments in eR.
the rate for a particular code increased, however, the rate was not updated in eR until months later. It would be great to identify those lines items and complete mass adjustments to prevent having to go into each invoice to complete the adjustments.

Auto Insurance Field
Auto-populate "Auto Insurance" with vehicles added in the Add Vehicle Tool like it does for "Auto Vehicle Registration".

Enhance graphical user interface for mobile workspace
The GUI for mobile devices is the same (the workspace looks congested on the left side whereas the right side is just an empty space), the look of the webpage does not change with the devices. Overall, the system serves its purpose to a great extent but lacks visual aspects.

A Family Preservation/Reunification Program
We need a system that works for days care but is not a substitute care (Residential or Foster Care) program. Our Family Preservation program would benefit greatly from the options on the GCM side but are currently stuck on the Foster Care side in order to bill properly. Reunification is a new program that will be similar to Family Preservation.

Move Awaiting Approval above Workers on home screen
Supervisors have a list of all workers on their screen, making the Awaiting Approval list way at the bottom and off screen unless they scroll down. The ability to move this Awaiting Approval list above the Workers List (as it's a much more time sensitive need) would be incredibly helpful as then it's right in their face when they log in to the system.

Ease of access with emailing forms, visible information for contacts, and signatures.
Have a drop down of email addresses for each case file when emailing out a completed form and make it possible to send out a completed form to a group instead of having to send it multiple times.
Have drop downs with employee names to enter into a form instead of having to type multiple names.
Make emails visible in the people tab.
Be able to populate signatures by people that aren’t the case worker for facilities where multiple staff work on the same case files.4 votes -
Print button to My Workspace
Add a print button to the 'My workspace' that would allow you to print blank forms instead of going into a specific chart to print. This would give the opportunity to print forms for a child that is referred but not yet placed with the agency.

Add the ability to include agency logo on a custom form
Many forms include a space for our agency's logo, however there isn't an option to include this in the custom form (which would otherwise be preferable to generating a web form in some cases).

allergies/diet tab
On the "Allergies/Diet" tab, it is currently possible to accidentally check "Allergy is life-threatening", then check "No known medication allergies/reactions" and then click save. If this happens, the side bar under the photo indicates that the client has a life threatening allergy when in reality, he/she doesn't have any allergies.
