Email notifications for any documentation on Client's profile entered by someone other than primary caseworker
Receive notification if someone uploads, documents activity or any other item on your client.
Notification of your client file being discharged, similar to notification currently received if someone assigns you a new case.1 vote -
Add a date filter to summary reports
Currently when downloading a summary report to excel, you have to download all of the data. This is an issue as over the years, our data has grown and these are extremely large excel files. Sometimes these reports can take 15-20 minutes just to download.
This can be solved by adding a date filtering option so that we can pull down only the relevent data we need rather than the entire dataset.

Grade level in Education section
The grade level in education should progress each July 1 (or whatever makes sense for your area). Most students progress a grade level each year and it's a lot of work for someone to manually change each grade for each child each year. Students who stay back can be changed mannually. If the education spot is left blank (i.e. the child is too young to be in school) nothing would happen.

Staff Training Compliance
We would like to modify the Staff compliance section to be divided into Pre-service training, Orientation training, Mandatory Annual Training, and Recommended training. Each section would have the list of trainings we have in those sections.

Keep Child Profile in FFW when They are in Adoption
When a child is discharged from Foster Care into Adoption, they are also removed from the FFW from the family they were adoptively placed with. The adoption family still has to turn in paperwork for the child that was adoptively placed. It would be the most convenient to keep the child's profile on the FFW that way the coordinator or case manager doesn't have to upload documents for the parents. The parents can just upload documents directly to FFW.

Have pending referrals for cases be discharged after a specified timeframe is met (3 months, 4 months, etc.)
Pending referrals have to be manually discharged. If a timeframe was marked for discharge, the list would not get too long and show referrals that no longer need homes.

Auto-Fill "With" and "Regarding" fields with a Home Email address and email Subject Line
When filing a email from a home there is an option to have an activity made from that email and added to the homes casefile. Within that activity we would like a way for the "with" section to autofill with the home's email address and the "regarding" section to autofill with the email subject line.

A way to have families register for activities that are scheduled through ER, but that are not training activities.
Sometimes we offer social or other kinds of affinity building activities, or we have volunteer or other opportunities for families. It would be great to be able to have families sign up for these activities through ER, without it feeding into Training data.

Modify Staff Profile
Allow more than one emergency contact to be added

There should be a way to make confidential the emergency contact information.
As it stands now, anyone logging into the extended reach can see another staff member's emergency contact information. That information should be shielded and only available to users with admin access.

Automatically stop tracking expiration after household member moves out or pet is set to inactive
After we mark a household member as having moved out, or a pet as inactive, staff and foster parents are still being notified regarding their expiring documents. Please automatically stop tracking their expirations when we mark as moved out/inactive.

Editing Documents
There needs to be a way to prevent individuals from editing someone else documents. Example: If I create a document, my supervisor should not be allowed to edit that document without me approving the changes since I was the one that created the document.

Allow Email alerts to be repeated
Provide the option in Email Alerts to send the alert more than once. For instance, if an item is out for signature, send a reminder every two days... or if a Rejected item isn't corrected, a reminder is sent daily... etc. Sometimes only one email can get forgotten.

Cancel individual Signature
Can you make the signature cancel individual? I hate to request all 4+ signatures when the last one messed up or a foster parent signs in the client spot.

A Universal Insurance Provider List
Transitoin to a Universal Insurance Provider list (instead of lists for each organziaton ) to reduce number of required entries (or edits) containing the same information.

Add Funding Org to the whole Organization not each individual Program
Should be able to add a Funding Organization that is available to all programs, not have to add the same Funding Organization to each program separately!

Include the option to add Addendums to custom forms and incident reports- useful for documenting "review" rather than "approval".
Allow other individuals to put comments on a custom form or incident report via an addendum. We currently use the incident review feature in KCare but seem to have lost that functionality in extendedReach. Documenting follow-up on the incident is something auditors look for and the current extendedReach system does not have an effective way to do this. You can sign it, but you cannot put in additional comments.

Allow Families to view previous submissions.
Currently families can view previously submitted "Custom forms" clearly labled from the "Communication" Tab, but all other forms default to the name of the uploaded document (i.e. xyz123abc.jpeg). Place uploaded documents into the named report/activity they were uploaded into clearly and allow families to view previously submitted forms from the "Compliance" tab. This helps prevent repeatable human error on new submissions for items that have been corrected in the past.
