Add the ability to change the font color and highlight text in Web documents
Add the ability to change the font color and highlight test in Web documents to make it easy for staff to see comments left by supervisor/approver for corrections that are needed.

This would be a wonderful feature. Since we cannot "add comments" like in a word document, it is very difficult to provide comments/corrections on Wed documents.
