Ability to upload payments as a batch versus entering them individually
To be efficient, can you add the ability to upload a file to apply payments to client (based on their PID) to specific invoices. Currently, we are having to enter individual payments for the 500+ client payments we receive each month. This results in typing and clicking on individual clients and takes several hours/days to complete.

Ability to download aging report "as of date xx/xx/xx" in excel
The Excel download for the Aging Report is only available when viewing as of the current date. There isn't a way to download an Excel file of the "Aging Report as of Date" view - this is only available as a PDF currently.

On the pending referrals page
My idea is to make it so that the referrals page has options to add more variables such as the location and age of the client. That way you don't have to click on a client and look for their location because you would see it and it would make it easier to assign cases. Also it would be helpful if it could have a toggle option to change the list to alphabetical order so that clients can be found easier, or toggle by age (every variable available) :)

Design autopopulating custom form fields (information guide field) that can either reflect data from another field on the same activity or create a number count that when data i entered autmoatically assignes and/or updates a number

Email alert customizations for Foster Parents
Agencies should be able to customize email alerts for users of the FFW. We would like our foster parents to receive confirmation emails when they successfully submit a report or activity through their FFW. We would also like foster parents to receive email reminders about reports coming due.

Showing only current shared files
Could you make it an option to show only current forms in the Shared Files section on the FFW? We have families that reference forms in that section and get confused which form they need to refer to.

Be consistent with date entry
It is nice to be able to enter dates as MM.DD but this is not always accepted and you have to click on the little tiny calendar and date. This gets time consuming. Specifically in the payment posting of check date and deposit date. Consistency is always a good thing.

Fix the 'Payments' so that the From (funding org) comes from the invoice not the case file.
When the funding org changes mid-month, you want the default to come from who you billed not who is currently in the case file. I understand this can be changed but it is a free form 'add' and if you don't get the funding org name exactly right you have payments from the same funding org under different names and that can get very messy. Either this way or provide a full list of the funding orgs to choose from not have it a free form 'add' of payor.

Making extended reach more user friendly for us
It would help us out so much if we were able to create an incident report or a safety hold from the progress notes. I have asked before instead of someone seeing if it could be done the answer was just no. The way technology is set up and has evolve, I doubt if it is impossible to generate. I have worked with other software and I know it's possible. We have to track out clients behaviors and it just make since to do so.
It will also be great if we were able to group print all the information…

Make the Checklist an actual Checklist
I'd like to be able to arrange the checklist on the family web page in the order that things need to be done. Not by group and not change the arrangement on the compliance page.

Enter an Inquiry by Provider Type
We would like to be able to enter Home Inquiries by Provider Type. We need to track Post Adoption Homes that inquire separate from our Resource Foster Homes. If we enter them all under one umbrella, our Homefinding and Inquiry #s will be skewed.

Add activity to case when an email is automatically sent
We have satisfaction surveys automatically triggered when a discharge date is entered and a monthly report issued for any requiring snail mail, but the only way to know if they were sent is by checking the email account we bcc, and it never appears on the case file.
It would be great if when an email is triggered to a client (or better also when they show up on a scheduled report), an activity could be automatically added to the case noting that an email was sent (or, in the case of showing up on a scheduled report, that x…

Email documents to add to an already filed document
If you've already uploaded or written a report and you get an email that goes with that report, it would be nice to be able to forward that to your extended reach inbox and then just attach it to that report rather than downloading and uploading it.

Customize the Outbound List
I would like to be able to post a message to only our homes that have openings. This would help with referrals. Currently, our only options are All Homes, Licensed Families, Applicants, Inquiries or remember and check box every family we want to send the message to

Add more detail to the Financial > Posted Revenue by Worker
In addition to the Amount, and client name, add Funding Org and/or Category to the case note detail on the Summaries view of Financial>posted Revenue by Worker. This would be good information easily exported to Excel for monthly financial numbers.

Allow documents uploaded to inbox to be uploaded to compliance tab
When staff scan documents to my inbox to upload I'd like to have a dropdown that shows which documents are in the compliance tab as well so I can upload certain ones specific to that tab.

Secondary targeted staff in Referral
Add a secondary targeted staff on a referral so when you accept the referral and open the case, both caseworkers automatically are added. Also, it allows the two caseworkers to see documents and client info before the case is open so they can prep for the case.

Placement changes with start / end times
If a respite placement is not starting until 4pm on Monday, we don't want the system to change the child's placement UNTIL 4PM on Monday. Right now, the child's placement changes too soon and leaves the foster home without access to the child in the FFW. Please allow start/end times for placement changes.

Allow Primary Foster Home to have access to the child in FFW when child is on respite
Create a way to designate the child's "Primary Foster Home" in which the system maintains that the child is placed at that specific home- even when the child is temporarily out of the home (respite, hospital, etc). This allows the primary foster home to continue to have access to the child's files in the FFW but it also tracks the temporary out of home placement for billing purposes.
