Foster Family Website "Draft" Status Confirmation
When Foster Families open a report through the FFW, they see the same confirmation screen whether they click "Submit" or "Save as Draft." When they save as draft, the system tells them:
"Your report has been successfully SUBMITTED". Please change the confirmation screen to inform them they saved the report as draft.6 votes -

Develop an "add aditional" button for additing extra fields in an activity
Create a feature that will allow the user to "add another" (i.e., Goals, person etc.,) as needed when a button is checked (i.e., similar to the secondary client feature on the general tab).
This would very useful for adding varying number of fields such as in a Treatment plan, where some clients will have more goals than others.

Default No Photo Icons Should be Inclusive
The generic photo (icon) that displays on the Family Website when there isn't a client photo uploaded should match the race of the client, or not show a person at all if that can't be accomplished. Right now the icon shows what generally resembles a white male, which doesn't represent every child.

Set an activity/report to have an "optional" first approval?
I know there is a setting for an optional second approval, but we want some reports/activities to have an optional first approval.

Foster Family Web
I'd like for foster families to have access to see the files that are shared with them in the Compliance Checklist on the FFW. Currently they can see the name of the activity/report and the expiration/completion date, but not the ability to see the actual document.

Auditor access Case Management Module
It would be great to have an auditor profile in the Case Management Module. Auditors should only have access to documents that they are requesting or need to see instead of all documents.

Collect custom fields from a specific time range instead of just the last completed Form
Currently, we can only pull Custom fields from the last completed form. It would be VERY useful for our program to collect Custom fields across a specific range of complete forms. For example, we could collect just the Safety and Behavior Description field of our Daily Progress note for an entire month.

Multiple staff assigned to one case
Hi - My agency is starting to run cases that will need multiple staff assigned to one case. Right now, we have a case that needs 6 staff assigned to it. It could be more in the future. Is it possible to be able to add this to the features in the EHR?

Ability to Append Youth Initials to Subject Instead of Youth Full Name
To help keep our clients' names and information confidential, we would like the ability to append youth initials to email subjects instead of youth full names, when emailing out case notes or reports.
This would prevent us from having to go through the steps of downloading a report/case note, opening up a secure email system outside of Extended Reach, and emailing a team member through secure email.

Emailing forms from eR
When emailing forms from eR it automatically populates the clinician's email. For our purposes, we are emailing the document directly to the family so it would be more helpful for the email to populate the family email. I understand that various users may implement this function differently, so possibly there could even be a selection to choose which email to populate.

Prevent user from completing activity/report that still has pending external signatures
We would like to be able to configure an activity/report so that it cannot be marked as "Completed" if there are still pending external signature requests.
Sometimes a worker is unable to obtain an electronic signature that they sent out a signature request on but they do obtain a hard copy which they attach to the activity/report ...but they forget to revoke the signature request so it is then left as a pending signature request in the "Awaiting external signatures" list even though the activity/report has already been marked as completed. This means that you then have to go back…

Add an option for a 3rd worker
Incorporate a 3rd worker option. Example, Primary Worker (case manager), 2nd worker (supervisor), 3rd worker (therapist)

Print Activity and Reports by a certain dates.
It would be helpful to have the option to select certain time frame to print Activity and Reports. Have the ability to enter Month/date/year.

preview changes you make in configurator before saving them.
It would be nice to see how changes made on the configurator will look in the compliance tab before saving them and having them affect providers.

staff webpage
Allow staff to have a web page, where they can upload their due items and other expiring items as well. It will also be good for onboarding staff to upload required documents, sign acknowledgements, etc.,

Ability to move documents from one category to another if wrongly filed
If a document is wrongly filed in one category, it would be nice to have the option to move it to the correct category without having to save the document to the desktop and then re-upload it.

Forms on Foster Family Website after Client Discharge
Once children are discharged from foster care, they no longer show on the foster family website. However, there are still forms that the family needs to complete and submit. We cannot delay the child's discharge because of billing and other forms that the caseworkers need to complete which are triggered by the discharge date. Could the configurator have an option where select forms stay accessible to families for up to 30 days following discharge?

Add an "Add Vehicle/ Pet Button" to Family Website
We currently have to have a separate activity run in order for a foster home to notify their workers of a vehicle or pet change. It would be a helpful addition if there was a way to allow families to add vehicles or pets like our workers can.
An additional feature related to this would be to allow them to "remove" a listed "active" vehicle or pet from their home as well and provide the related information as to when they were removed as well.

ability to rename docs generated in extended reach. the docs generated in er are named randomly with letters and numbers.
It would be great to be able to rename file/docs generated in extended reach. I see letter number combinations that are not relevant to dates, and other more intuitive ways I would generally use to organize docs.
It would be a time saver not to have to download and save a doc generated in extended reach in order to rename it and upload it again into extended reach.10 votes
