Ability to turn on view for only select residents/clients versus the entire "home" for residential.
Since a lot of contracted and resident-specific workers only work with select children, it would be nice to have the ability to allow access to only select residents/clients versus the entire "home" - as in residential this is not helpful with ensuring other resident information is not viewable to staff who do not need to see it.

add a field code for the funding worker's phone number for face sheet
The funding worker is an essential part of the team, and it is essential to have this number on the face sheet especially if there is an emergency and we do not have access to the extended reach through a power outage.

Adding CAPTCHA to online referral forms
In the world of spam, bots, and unsavory characters, website forms seem to be a hot target. In order to keep business efficient, it is vital to have the ability to filter out and block these bots from filling out our forms, dirtying up our data, and creating more work for our team.
I believe adding a CAPTCHA to online referral forms will solve this problem.

Another Option for Applying Payments to A/R Invoices/Claims
Currently to apply a payment, you pull up the client Finance Record, Choose 'Payment' fill in the information from the payment and apply to the appropriate invoice. If the Funding Organization/Payer is only paying for a few clients and invoices, this works fine, but we get Funding Organizations/Payers that are paying for 100's of clients and invoices with one check/EFT and doing it this way is very time consuming. Even using the "Add Another" is time consuming because you need to enter the invoice number or name each time.
Idea - Pull up that Funding Organization/Payer from the Financial A/R…

Have a field code to pull archived treatment goals into a form
Currently you can only pull "in process" treatment goals into a form. It would be nice to have a field code that can pull in any "completed" treatment goals. For North Carolina cases, having this be able to be pulled into a form would keep it Medicaid compliant.

Hide one-time compliance items upon completion
Create configuration option with the ability to "Hide" one-time compliance items upon completion. The idea would be to reduce the overall number of activities/reports that appear on the compliance tab and make it easier for users to focus on the ones that are used frequently.

Required Fields
On the charges screen, the START DATE and END DATE are required, which then prompts the system to count the DAYS OF CARE. This often results in a month having double days when revenue reports are done. It would be nice if these were not required fields OR if the system would not count the days.

Autofill the medication side effects
When entering and selecting a medication, please have it to where the side effects will automaticaly select so that we don't have to manually check them. Some meds have many side effects and this becomes quite a time consuming task (flipping back and forth between the info sheet and ER).

Pull Preferred Name for SMS Appointment Reminders
SMS appointment reminders should pull the "Preferred Name" field instead of legal name so as to not retraumatize individuals whose legal name is a dead name or a reminder of trauma that they choose not to use.

Rename "gender" field to "Sex Assigned At Birth"
Gender field should be labeled as "sex assigned at birth" to more accurately reflect the information legally required and be inclusive of individuals who no longer identify with that label. This is basic trauma-informed and inclusive best practice for mental and physical healthcare providers.

GCM Features same as Residential
GCM does not have all the features that the Residential module has. For example, the preferred name pulls over to the side bar in residential module, but not in GCM. All residential module features should at least be options in GCM.

Allow for multiple hire/term dates + job titles in Staff Profile for re-hires.
Allow for multiple hire/term dates, along with multiple job "title" options for staff who have been re-hired. We feel that we are unable to utilize the reactivation feature for staff profile because we are not currently able to keep track of the employment history within the active staff profile.

Add a way for non supervisor to view the awaiting approval portlet for just the things they need to approve not all.
Currently, if you put the awaiting approval portlet on it will show ALL not just what is awaiting approval for non supervisors. A way for case managers to view the awaiting approval portlet for the things they have to approve only.

date formatting
all of the date fields in ER are inconsistently set and therefore adding more time to those entering data. They should all be formatted in the same way no matter where in the program that they appear. This is just basic programming.
In some date fields one can enter mmddyyyy and it goes through fine. in others, that same entry gets rejected stating the date must be mm/dd/yyyy. It is time-consuming at best let alone a bit distracting and annoying.
Yes, we can just make sure to enter it always as mm/dd/yyyy and therefore not be subject to any system…
