Staff List with Hire Date
Create a field code for staff hire date and/or create a report that includes hire date, first, last name, and staff title. This is a common request by the state and this should be a QUICK pull from Extended Reach rather than a manual process.

Login Audits
As an EHR, this is an essential cybersecurity need for an ability to have a report to review user account information, audit their access levels, determine which accounts need to be addressed because they fall behind a baseline in terms of access and account features. Per NIST guidelines, add the ability to review which records are accessed with date time stamps and by whom from where.

When eR Support is responding to a submitted ticket, copy my link and email I had submitted in eR to the reply email.
When eR Support is responding to my submitted ticket, it would be helpful for them to copy my original email and link to the reply email. This will help jog my memory of the ticket request I submitted. Sometimes, the reply from eR Support is months later and I may have forgotten.

Add "Pool" field from the Home General Tab to the "Custom Labels" section under Organization Settings
The issue that we are running into with our audits is that the term "pool" is somewhat subjective when you consider alternative water hazards such as hot tubs, stock ponds, fountains, creeks, rivers, lakes, etc.
The reponse from Support was that "Agency's typically use the 'Pool' check box to identify any water hazard of concern" but this causes an issue with out regulatory auditors who review the Home Study of a home identified as "Pool:Yes" but there is no pool on the property.
We request that the pool field be added to the Custom Labels section of the Organization Setting…

It would be helpful if the calendar was color coded to indicate if appointments are canceled, no shows, checked-in or completed..
It's always useful to be able to see what is happening on your calendar with appointments with a minimal amount of clicks. If "no show", "canceled", "checked-in" and "completed" appointments could be assigned a different color that would create communication efficiency between the front desk and therapists or whoever has an appointment with a client.

changing a rate defaults back to original rate
When a rate has expired and I change the rate and remove the expiration date, when you click save, it puts the expiration date back in. You have to go back in and remove it a second time. Double work and time consuming.

Parent Portal
Create a foster parent portal with limited access to information on their kids. They will be able to have access to documents they can print out such as medical and dental forms. They should also have access to scanned versions of important documents. They can see upcoming dates for doctors' appointments, clearances, etc.

Include Likert Scale Option in Custom Form Builder
When building a custom form more options should be available as to the set-up of the document. Likert Scale options are an important way that individuals gather data in todays world. Including an option to build a Likert Scale in the custom form section would be of great help for all of us who use this site to gather data for our organizations.

Create a separate User Group Permission Sub-Setting allowing staff to delete Activities and Reports in DRAFT status only.
Each month, we receive support requests at our internal IT team to delete hundreds of drafts that were started but not completed for whatever reason. Or re-opened and restarted, despite there being an existing draft. It would be helpful if there could be a sub-setting under the Activities and Reports permission settings.

Transfer between organizations
We have two separate systems for our Foster Care and Residential programs. We can share staff between the systems. It would be helpful to be able to transfer cases between systems and organizations as well.

Add start and end dates to a staff profile credentials. When staff are hired, they may have certain credentials but then change due to licensure etc.

Add the Ability to Enter in Company Holidays to block off all calenders automatically
When we were using KCare, we had the DaySmart calender add on, and we were able to enter in our company holidays in which our agency would be closed each year, and it would automatically block off all staff calendars to ensure an appointment wouldn't be scheduled by mistake.

create a way to organize inquiries
We would like to see a way to organize inquiries on worker's workspace to they can know at a glance how high interest the family is....kind of like "hot" "warm" "cold" (red, yellow, green). This way licensors know who to prioritize and when.

Set new activities or reports created to restricted by default. Instead of having to go into each user group separately and restrict.

signatures
Allow Branch Administrators(and system administrators) to add their signature (with an addendum would be amazing) to any document within their branch without configuring the form to have an additional approval.
At times, our agency needs the ability to show that upper level administration has reviewed incidents, occurrences, and other documents. This is needed when the assigned program director is on vacation, out on leave or when sensitive/ volatile situations have been addressed.

Sort by program, alphabet, etc.

There should be a way to limit a user to creating user ids and staff profiles.
This way HR can add staff and upload their documents without having full access and being able to make other changes to the system.

Scheduled Rate Changes
Similar to scheduled placement changes, it would VERY helpful to have the ability to schedule a rate level change for a future date. We have rate levels that are approved early but don't go into effect until a certain date, and cannot put that in until the actual date it occurs. We also have a new program where the rate level is pre-determined but changes sometimes 1-2 times while they are in the short-term program, and being able to tell the program ahead of time that they came in at one rate (half day rate), will increase to a full…
