  1. Capability to send mass text to clients

    Our staff would love to be able to send text messages to clients from eR. I envision a client dropdown like when file from your eR inbox, so staff could select the individuals to receive the text, with a field to enter the text message, that would upload to the client's record.

  2. Search bar for file as opposed to drop box only

    Currently there Is only a Dropbox option when searching the case file on ER. It would be nice to have a search box option, where you can begin to type the name of the form you are looking for and It would pop up. It would be faster too. Especially when looking for a form or fie that may not yet have been generated. Instead of scrolling through the list several times trying to find it, you could just type it in and If it is there it will pop up, if not it wont.

  3. Add an area to type a message to go along with reports emailed.

    When emailing quarterly reports with treatment plans, in order to request the social worker to sign, it is necessary to email from outside of ER because there is no way to type a message when emailing directly from ER.

  4. Allowance for cases discharged from pre-placement visits to be placed back on the pending referral list

    When referrals are opened to a pre-placement visit and then subsequently discharged, there is no option for them to be placed back onto the pending referral list. We have children who often go this route and it is mandated by licensing that we attempt a pre-placement visit for all children referred. So when a pre-placement case is discharged, the only option I know of is to re-enter the referral information. At one time there was an option under discharge to place them back on the referral list, but I have not seen this in a while. Thank you!

  6. Modify staff compliance tabs

    Our agency would like to ability to modify compliance tabs for different staff types- similar to how we can modify compliance tabs based on provider types. For example, our agency is realizing that we have trainings that are required for foster care workers that might not be required for adoption workers, but in order for the training to be on the compliance tab for foster care workers it also has to be on the compliance tab for adoption workers- which would leave a "red light" for the adoption worker.

  7. to be able to restrict Place of Service codes to a particular activity, in order to reduce user errors resulting in non-payment by insurers

    For Medicaid services, according to the Covered Service Guide for AHCCCS in AZ, only specific Place of Service Codes are eligible for specific HCPC service codes. It would help if we could select and limit specific POS codes when creating or editing service activities.

  8. Allow email alerts in eR work with Foster Family Website

    Currently, the email alerts that you create in "Email Alerts" do not work with the foster family website. We are needing this for individual reports that are done on the Foster Family website to go to specific people in our organization. As of now, it is all or none, so only 1 person would get all submissions of the FFW.

  9. Client portal in the GCM module and FC module

    The foster care module has a family portal which can have clients submit documents through. In the GCM module we also have a need for this, but no capability to do this.

    We are beginning the design stage of a Client Portal. We will be looking for people to be on a Client Portal focus group, that will meet occasionally to review progress and provide feedback. We will also want volunteer organizations to Beta test the Client Portal as it releases in stages.   10. Show Alerts on Home Page (and Mobile App Notifications) vs. just Email

    Give users the option (on User Preferences screen) to have email alerts appear on their home page vs. receiving an email.

    Alerts could be dismissed or an alert history could be maintained.

    Support browser-based/mobile app notifications for events such as when a report is ready to review + approve.

  12. Create a Spanish version of eR that mirrors the current model.

    We would actually like this for foster care and GM modules. It would be exact replica of the current eR; however, in Spanish. We would use for Spanish speaking international staff, but could also be used in U.S. with Spanish speaking staff.

  13. Allow case managers to change title of a document that foster parents have submitted incorrectly.

    For example if a foster parent uploads a Well Child Visit under a miscellaneous medical document, case managers should be able to change the document's title instead of having the document sit in the case file as draft.

  15. Allow emails sent from Activity Screen to be sent from the user's email rather than extended reach email.

    We need to send reports to outside funders, however the email button in the Activity/Report screens does not send from the user's email, but rather from the extended reach email. It would be helpful to be able to email from the user's email, so that the outside funder/case manager could respond.

  16. Rejected Docuents List

    A list for rejeted documents so when you submit multiple documents to your supervisor, you can see on the main screen if it was Rejected instead of looking through each client that you have.

  17. Improve the email button functionality for reports. Allow the email subject line and body of the email to be modified before sending.

    Instead of divulging the client's name in the subject line of the email. Allow for the protection of client confidentiality with the same functionality you have created with the email alerts; a check box to omit appending the client's name.

  19. Improve Search feature, rethink the need to select case, home, etc.

    An improved, efficient, user friendly way to search system-wide to find clients, homes, staff, forms, settings, etc.
