Allow Duplication of Elements within Custom Forms
This might be tricky to implement, but it would be a HUGE timesaver when designing custom forms with a lot of repeating elements.
The user would be able to select a series of items that need to be duplicated in the form and then click on a button in the toolbar to duplicate the selected items.
I attached a demonstration of this concept to provide a visual reference for how I think it might look.

A Universal Insurance Provider List
Transitoin to a Universal Insurance Provider list (instead of lists for each organziaton ) to reduce number of required entries (or edits) containing the same information.

Allow Families to view previous submissions.
Currently families can view previously submitted "Custom forms" clearly labled from the "Communication" Tab, but all other forms default to the name of the uploaded document (i.e. xyz123abc.jpeg). Place uploaded documents into the named report/activity they were uploaded into clearly and allow families to view previously submitted forms from the "Compliance" tab. This helps prevent repeatable human error on new submissions for items that have been corrected in the past.

Ability to upload payments as a batch versus entering them individually
To be efficient, can you add the ability to upload a file to apply payments to client (based on their PID) to specific invoices. Currently, we are having to enter individual payments for the 500+ client payments we receive each month. This results in typing and clicking on individual clients and takes several hours/days to complete.

Ability to download aging report "as of date xx/xx/xx" in excel
The Excel download for the Aging Report is only available when viewing as of the current date. There isn't a way to download an Excel file of the "Aging Report as of Date" view - this is only available as a PDF currently.

Forms on Foster Family Website after Client Discharge
Once children are discharged from foster care, they no longer show on the foster family website. However, there are still forms that the family needs to complete and submit. We cannot delay the child's discharge because of billing and other forms that the caseworkers need to complete which are triggered by the discharge date. Could the configurator have an option where select forms stay accessible to families for up to 30 days following discharge?

Multiple staff assigned to one case
Hi - My agency is starting to run cases that will need multiple staff assigned to one case. Right now, we have a case that needs 6 staff assigned to it. It could be more in the future. Is it possible to be able to add this to the features in the EHR?

Fix the 'Payments' so that the From (funding org) comes from the invoice not the case file.
When the funding org changes mid-month, you want the default to come from who you billed not who is currently in the case file. I understand this can be changed but it is a free form 'add' and if you don't get the funding org name exactly right you have payments from the same funding org under different names and that can get very messy. Either this way or provide a full list of the funding orgs to choose from not have it a free form 'add' of payor.

Making extended reach more user friendly for us
It would help us out so much if we were able to create an incident report or a safety hold from the progress notes. I have asked before instead of someone seeing if it could be done the answer was just no. The way technology is set up and has evolve, I doubt if it is impossible to generate. I have worked with other software and I know it's possible. We have to track out clients behaviors and it just make since to do so.
It will also be great if we were able to group print all the information…

Add activity to case when an email is automatically sent
We have satisfaction surveys automatically triggered when a discharge date is entered and a monthly report issued for any requiring snail mail, but the only way to know if they were sent is by checking the email account we bcc, and it never appears on the case file.
It would be great if when an email is triggered to a client (or better also when they show up on a scheduled report), an activity could be automatically added to the case noting that an email was sent (or, in the case of showing up on a scheduled report, that x…

staff webpage
Allow staff to have a web page, where they can upload their due items and other expiring items as well. It will also be good for onboarding staff to upload required documents, sign acknowledgements, etc.,

Add more detail to the Financial > Posted Revenue by Worker
In addition to the Amount, and client name, add Funding Org and/or Category to the case note detail on the Summaries view of Financial>posted Revenue by Worker. This would be good information easily exported to Excel for monthly financial numbers.

preview changes you make in configurator before saving them.
It would be nice to see how changes made on the configurator will look in the compliance tab before saving them and having them affect providers.

Placement changes with start / end times
If a respite placement is not starting until 4pm on Monday, we don't want the system to change the child's placement UNTIL 4PM on Monday. Right now, the child's placement changes too soon and leaves the foster home without access to the child in the FFW. Please allow start/end times for placement changes.

Emailing forms from eR
When emailing forms from eR it automatically populates the clinician's email. For our purposes, we are emailing the document directly to the family so it would be more helpful for the email to populate the family email. I understand that various users may implement this function differently, so possibly there could even be a selection to choose which email to populate.

Print Activity and Reports by a certain dates.
It would be helpful to have the option to select certain time frame to print Activity and Reports. Have the ability to enter Month/date/year.

Allow Workspace Customization
It would be great if our workers could modify their workspace on eR. It is overwhelming to see the long list of items due and past due on our workspace. Our workers don't necessarily need to see items that are due in 45 days. If each box/area on the user's workspace could have the option to minimize and maximize based on their own preference, that would be super awesome. It would also be nice to be able to move the boxes around so different sections could be in different places depending on what the worker wants to see at the…

Add an "Add Vehicle/ Pet Button" to Family Website
We currently have to have a separate activity run in order for a foster home to notify their workers of a vehicle or pet change. It would be a helpful addition if there was a way to allow families to add vehicles or pets like our workers can.
An additional feature related to this would be to allow them to "remove" a listed "active" vehicle or pet from their home as well and provide the related information as to when they were removed as well.
