We are beginning the design stage of a Client Portal. We will be looking for people to be on a Client Portal focus group, that will meet occasionally to review progress and provide feedback. We will also want volunteer organizations to Beta test the Client Portal as it releases in stages. Good point. We're considering making the default font bigger.
Until then - you can use your browser zoom function to making the text on extendedReach bigger.
I've got OCS (Old Codger Syndrome) and I run it at 125% :)
Press Ctrl and the "+" key to zoom in on your browser (or "-" to zoom out)

An error occurred while saving the comment When viewing a case, there is very helpful data summarized in the left-hand
column, about the child and the home the child is placed. Is it possible
to make this same information available/viewable when inside of an
activity/report? The user noted they frequently have to exit the
activity/report to go and look up this information so they can add it into

This idea has been merged with an idea to have a portal on the CGM module. We are looking to build a "Client Portal" that will be used on both the Foster Care module and the GCM module, and will allow clients and/or guardians to communicate, complete forms and upload forms. On the GCM side it will eventually also allow for appointment scheduling and payment.
