  1. Allow ER to generate reports and enable doc to be email w/o being printed and scranned

    At a click of a button, i would like ER to be able to generate a report letting me know of all outstanding doc for each case manager. For example, how my case files are missing 7 day contact, monthly summaries, initial treatment plans. Such a report would allow the agency to audit faster, without having to click on each file.

    Also when a email is sent to via family web I want to be able to cc supervisor/administrator so the heads of the agency can stay abreast of various communications taking place in the agency.

    We have a Non-compliance report that can be grouped by worker.

    Reports and Activities can be emailed out.

  2. Activity/Report Random Auditing

    Would like a way to have the system randomly select completed activities/reports under the case & home files and email links to those documents to a supervisor so they can check to ensure the content is meeting the expectations/requirements.

    Could have a way to schedule the email with criteria:
    1. Case Files, Home Files, or Both
    2. How far back to pull an activity/report or date/range.
    3. Activity, Report, or Both
    4. How many to select.
    5. One time or scheduled pull (repeat every 30, 60, 90 days)
    6. Allow activity to be chosen again, not chosen again, or can…

  3. Foster Family Website submissions - add Child Name option to alert subject line

    We were hoping to get a child's name appended to the subject line in the FFW alerts, since families often have more than one child. If they submit three "Clothing Receipts" items, it's easy to see them as identical. But if it says "Clothing Receipts (Child 1)", etc., that would be great.

    You can do this in the regular Email Alerts, so I'm voting for that option too!
    All we need though in Organization Settings -> Organization Preferences -> Family Web -> Emails -> Inbound Notifications from Families is a check box "Append Case Name to subject line".

  4. Filter by 'In Process' Items in both Case & Home File Tabs

    Add a filter option to both Case and Home File Tabs for items that are 'in process' (i.e., not 'completed') so a user can view their applicable case/home task list without having to navigate to their actual task list - or scroll through the entire contents of a case or home file. It would also be very helpful to supervisors and simplify cleanup of pending tasks upon closure/discharge. This would be good in both the Foster Care and GCM modules.

  5. Adding all participants placed at a specific placement for a Group Note

    We use group notes to alert all participants placed at a single site in certain situations. We'd like to see a link to "Add all open cases placed at.." on activities setup for the Group functionality. Click the link should prompt for the worker to select the placement from a list. Then, it should add all participants with an active placement at that location.

    This makes sense for the Foster Care module. Screenshot below.

    These tabs currently only take up 1/4 of the screen, and force you to scroll through a small window.

    You are in luck. This can already be accomplished with an email alert. Your agency administrator can set this up for you.

  11. Email notifications for any documentation on Client's profile entered by someone other than primary caseworker

    Receive notification if someone uploads, documents activity or any other item on your client.
    Notification of your client file being discharged, similar to notification currently received if someone assigns you a new case.

  12. Add a way for non supervisor to view the awaiting approval portlet for just the things they need to approve not all.

    Currently, if you put the awaiting approval portlet on it will show ALL not just what is awaiting approval for non supervisors. A way for case managers to view the awaiting approval portlet for the things they have to approve only.

  13. Add more detail to the Financial > Posted Revenue by Worker

    In addition to the Amount, and client name, add Funding Org and/or Category to the case note detail on the Summaries view of Financial>posted Revenue by Worker. This would be good information easily exported to Excel for monthly financial numbers.

  14. Allow users to make fields required on the Health tab.

    Under program settings on the Setup tab in the Required Case/Referral Fields box, allow options to make fields on the Health tab such as height, weight, and distinguishing marks required as this is important information for face sheets.

  16. Change DFPS Caseworker to Managing Conservator

    For those that have moved into Phase 2 of Community Based Care with St. Francis, there are no longer DFPS workers of any kind associated with a case. Yet there are DFPS labels on client tabs. Those can be changed to Managing Conservator and Managing Conservator Supervisor and will cover any type of placement.

  17. People Tab - end date option

    Allow workers to select start/end dates for people in a case file. Currently there is no way for us to track who an old worker / new worker is without deleting the old one. For our records we wouldn't want to delete them, just to note that they are no longer the current worker.

  19. Keep Child Profile in FFW when They are in Adoption

    When a child is discharged from Foster Care into Adoption, they are also removed from the FFW from the family they were adoptively placed with. The adoption family still has to turn in paperwork for the child that was adoptively placed. It would be the most convenient to keep the child's profile on the FFW that way the coordinator or case manager doesn't have to upload documents for the parents. The parents can just upload documents directly to FFW.
