Allow ER to generate reports and enable doc to be email w/o being printed and scranned
At a click of a button, i would like ER to be able to generate a report letting me know of all outstanding doc for each case manager. For example, how my case files are missing 7 day contact, monthly summaries, initial treatment plans. Such a report would allow the agency to audit faster, without having to click on each file.
Also when a email is sent to via family web I want to be able to cc supervisor/administrator so the heads of the agency can stay abreast of various communications taking place in the agency.
We would also like to be able to email weekly progress notes received from foster parents, directly to cps, without having to print, scan then email. This ability will allow us to save time and paper.
Also we have notice that sometimes, when we generate reports, the report will have the wrong foster parent connect with a child. Or in the initial treatment plan complete sections will be compromised...ie in the wrong place and intermingled with another section.
We have a Non-compliance report that can be grouped by worker.
Reports and Activities can be emailed out.
