Turn off email security for in-house eR users and/or email alerts
The new email security feature means that with every email alert to our caseworkers, they have to enter their password for each and every email alert before they can see it. This can be quite time consuming just to be able to see a reminder email. Could this feature be turned off for current eR users or in-house people? Or at least have a memory feature where it verifies it the first time but remembers it thereafter? It would be nice to have the ability to turn this feature off just for our in-house email alerts.
31 votesWe understand this security feature significantly disrupted workflows for some of our customers and based on customer feedback, we have made some adjustments to help all customers out.
Starting on Monday, March 7th, we made a change that allows all emails going to verified encrypted inboxes to display the subject and contents of emails, without the extra step of logging into the LuxSci email gateway. Emails to a recipient inbox that is not verified as an encrypted inbox will still be routed through LuxSci email gateway.

Custom forms for staff documents & trainings
Allow the use of custom forms for staff documents & trainings in both FC & GCM modules.
39 votesCustom forms for Staff documents is now available. Under Organizational settings, look for the new Setting called “Staff: Advanced Staff Documents + Training (custom forms).” Once selected, under Organization settings > Staff Document Types (or Staff training types), you can create your document/training types and include custom fields. All existing documents/training have the ability to have custom fields added to them.

Custom Form - single line text description option available.
Make a Description option available for the single line text feature of custom forms. Currently "Required" and "Description" are available as options on the custom tab of reports and activities. Description would be very helpful to have on custom forms so that it can be seen easily in the Case File.

Link homes option (like with youth files)
When reopening a home it would be nice for it to automatically link the previous home file.
This is how the youth files are set up and we love it. I would be nice to have it for both.

multi factor authentication
As an extra security feature, our IT company recommends two factor authentication - which would make a more secure method of log-in for our staff, especially if logging-in off site.

7 votesThe ability to generate forms is configured on the report/activity settings. If you would like to be able to generate a form for the 3 Day Medical, an agency administrator at your organization will be able to set that up for you!

You can make custom forms available to the home through the Family Web portal when you have the settings “Use Custom Form Builder” and “Foster Home initiated report using custom form (advanced)” enabled.

Automatically save progress on custom forms.
Develop a system that would save information as it is being typed in to documents so that if an error should occur, information is still retrievable although it had not been saved by the user. This would help so that information would not be lost before it was being saved. I spent a few hours writing a document and when I went to save it, I got an error message that it couldn't be saved. Then the document was blank again.
25 votesThe extendedReach system now has an autoSave feature and a “past versions” link to allow a user to restore to a past version, if data appears to be lost from power loss or computer crash.

Allow case managers to send documents back to the foster parents after they have submitted them.
Sometimes foster parents submit documents incorrectly, so a case manager should be allowed to reject the document and send it back to the foster parents for corrections.

Allow Custom Forms to be shared with Family Website instead of just attached files
Currently you can share attached files posted to a case file or home file with the Family Website. We use custom forms built using form builder for many of our follow up activities and reports. We would like these to be able to be shared with the family website.

Allow the program to tailor the compliance tab to fit each household better.
Use the number of vehicles and pets listed under the general tab to populate the number of vehicles and pets that come up in the compliance tab. And that the names/descriptions of each vehicle and pet would show on the main compliance tab to make logging it easier.

Advanced Form Builder to have show/hide capabilities
The advanced form builder have show/hide capabilities based on a decision/rule from another field? (ie: if the dropdown says "yes' then show narrative paragraph box)
10 votesThis year we added functionality to the Custom Form builder so that a dependency can be made that a field shows based on the value selected in another field.
The setting is called “show only if another field is….” and allows the selection of other fields ( drop downs. checkboxes, multiple choice) and a designation of the value that will prompt the logic to show a field.

Add ability to turn off Event Expiration/Record Due after a client is discharged, so compliance items could remain "GREEN", if elected.
This way when a file is closed out and then the user subsequently goes back to the compliance tab, items won't move from GREEN to RED over time; they would remain static from the point of the discharge date. This would be a lovely option for those attempting clean up their files.

For expiration dates, you can click on “Stop Tracking Expiration” which will prevent new expiration dates from appearing.
For due dates, you can enable the settings “Delete if due after close date and case/home closed” and “Stop repeating if foster care case/home is closed”.

Be able to re-assign all of a worker's cases or homes to another worker (all at once)
When a worker leaves the agency - this would make re-assignment faster.
