Add a tab for tracking "Address" on the FCM
We use extendedReach for case management and lodging for some of Seattle's unhoused citizens. Often, they receive mail at a PO Box, Friend/Family, etc.
We also use it for case managing folks through our Eviction Mitigation program. Since we don't usually lodge the folks in this program, we've been forced to create a custom report for Address information. This feels cumbersome in such a beautifully executed interface. We'd like a place to document address information for these clients that can be viewed on the main Case screen/tabs.

accepted referral
In addition to admission(Foster care) or case open (GCM) triggers, there should also be an option to trigger documentation off of an "accepted" referral.

Add Group Note to multiple inactive members
Add that inactive members group case note can be populated to multiple members when a group note is added. Currently only works with active members by add members.

Create a "home funds transaction" activity like you have in case activities with "personal funds transaction."
We provide funds to 6 different homes in the form of recreational funds and extra funds for produce/spices/etc that we do not carry in our campus pantry. It would be great to be able to record these transactions in Extended Care for these homes. We were able to configure this in Kaleidacare and Nikki created it for us in case activities. Seems that it would be easy to replicate for home activities.

how to run a report of FCSW history for each resource home and time period for which a specific FCSW monitored the home
this report will help us pin point when a FCSW has left a case and it will inform us how long they serviced the resource home. Right now, there is no other feature like this. In order to find out which FCSW has carried a specific home, we need to do a placement history search and look at each minor, then go to the minor's case file to see how long the FCSW serviced the home before the home was reassigned to a new worker. This current process is tedious, time consuming and unproductive. These types of reports are needed…

The ability to identify a form as a medical form on the GCM side of the system
We should be able to mark a GCM form as medical like we can on the Residential side of the system. That way, we can specify which types of case notes or pieces of the client contact record we would like to pull or field code that type of information into a form.

Search by first letters of name of case/home
In the search screen at lower left, could you make it so that you can just type in the first few letters of last and/or first name and it would go to those clients matching the input, rather than all the letters of the name.

Activity/Report Random Auditing
Would like a way to have the system randomly select completed activities/reports under the case & home files and email links to those documents to a supervisor so they can check to ensure the content is meeting the expectations/requirements.
Could have a way to schedule the email with criteria:
1. Case Files, Home Files, or Both
2. How far back to pull an activity/report or date/range.
3. Activity, Report, or Both
4. How many to select.
5. One time or scheduled pull (repeat every 30, 60, 90 days)

Fix the 'Payments' so that the From (funding org) comes from the invoice not the case file.
When the funding org changes mid-month, you want the default to come from who you billed not who is currently in the case file. I understand this can be changed but it is a free form 'add' and if you don't get the funding org name exactly right you have payments from the same funding org under different names and that can get very messy. Either this way or provide a full list of the funding orgs to choose from not have it a free form 'add' of payor.

Allow ER to generate reports and enable doc to be email w/o being printed and scranned
At a click of a button, i would like ER to be able to generate a report letting me know of all outstanding doc for each case manager. For example, how my case files are missing 7 day contact, monthly summaries, initial treatment plans. Such a report would allow the agency to audit faster, without having to click on each file.
Also when a email is sent to via family web I want to be able to cc supervisor/administrator so the heads of the agency can stay abreast of various communications taking place in the agency.

Foster Family Website submissions - add Child Name option to alert subject line
We were hoping to get a child's name appended to the subject line in the FFW alerts, since families often have more than one child. If they submit three "Clothing Receipts" items, it's easy to see them as identical. But if it says "Clothing Receipts (Child 1)", etc., that would be great.
You can do this in the regular Email Alerts, so I'm voting for that option too!
All we need though in Organization Settings -> Organization Preferences -> Family Web -> Emails -> Inbound Notifications from Families is a check box "Append Case Name to subject line".3 votes -
Filter by 'In Process' Items in both Case & Home File Tabs
Add a filter option to both Case and Home File Tabs for items that are 'in process' (i.e., not 'completed') so a user can view their applicable case/home task list without having to navigate to their actual task list - or scroll through the entire contents of a case or home file. It would also be very helpful to supervisors and simplify cleanup of pending tasks upon closure/discharge. This would be good in both the Foster Care and GCM modules.

Ease of access with emailing forms, visible information for contacts, and signatures.
Have a drop down of email addresses for each case file when emailing out a completed form and make it possible to send out a completed form to a group instead of having to send it multiple times.
Have drop downs with employee names to enter into a form instead of having to type multiple names.
Make emails visible in the people tab.
Be able to populate signatures by people that aren’t the case worker for facilities where multiple staff work on the same case files.1 vote -

Be able to pull up a compliance tracking report under Case Rosters in the GCM module like in the foster care module.

Allow users to make fields required on the Health tab.
Under program settings on the Setup tab in the Required Case/Referral Fields box, allow options to make fields on the Health tab such as height, weight, and distinguishing marks required as this is important information for face sheets.
