Making extended reach more user friendly for us
It would help us out so much if we were able to create an incident report or a safety hold from the progress notes. I have asked before instead of someone seeing if it could be done the answer was just no. The way technology is set up and has evolve, I doubt if it is impossible to generate. I have worked with other software and I know it's possible. We have to track out clients behaviors and it just make since to do so.
It will also be great if we were able to group print all the information we put such a daily progress notes. It would also be helpful if the staff was able print out all the phone logs of a client, all of the safety holds, and all serious incident reports. We have audits and sometime vital information is missed because the information is not accessible in bulk.
I am not sure where to find certain reports. For example how may safety holds we have for the month, year ect. What areas are we seeing a increase in certain behaviors?
Last but not least if a client have a duplicate report is it possible to see both reports and having a choice in the one you delete. It indicates that there are two reports but you are only able to see the latest one inputted. Is there a way not to be able to duplicate a daily progress note.
