This is intended to provide support to any agency who is currently unable to use their treatment tab due to a lack of field code options to support its use. There also seems to be several treatment tab/ treatment goal configurations, so I have attached a screenshot of the treatment goal editor format this series of codes would support. If these codes are created or desired for your organization and your treatment goal view doesn't match, you may be able to get it updated by reaching out to your CSM.

Similar to the vast amount of numbered medication field codes, I am hoping to expand the utility of the treatment tab to ensure any agency utilizing this tab will have at minimum a default set of numbered codes for each treatment goal category that will output the information for all fields, and goals associated with that category. For agencies with more than one program in the TFC module, additional code support would be required as secondary programs utilize the "custom treatment goals" option under organization preferences. A more detailed explanation of how the code template for each numbered field code could be built is included in the attached document.
