  1. Auditor access Case Management Module

    It would be great to have an auditor profile in the Case Management Module. Auditors should only have access to documents that they are requesting or need to see instead of all documents.

  2. Ability to add multiple families to a case note

    Kaleidacare had the ability to select multiple families for one case note. Extended Reach is extremely time consuming having to add that same case note individually for every family.

  4. Add the ability to include agency logo on a custom form

    Many forms include a space for our agency's logo, however there isn't an option to include this in the custom form (which would otherwise be preferable to generating a web form in some cases).

  6. Allow case managers to change title of a document that foster parents have submitted incorrectly.

    For example if a foster parent uploads a Well Child Visit under a miscellaneous medical document, case managers should be able to change the document's title instead of having the document sit in the case file as draft.

  7. When you discharge a case remove all late items

    When you discharge a home or client, make all the late items disappear. Right now they stay there and you have to manually go in and remove them from your late tasks.

  8. Copy from multiple report/activity types for Homes

    It would be great if the option to copy from multiple report/activity types was available for homes. Right now it's only an option for cases. Home reports/activities have the ability to copy from a previous report but not to copy from another report type.

  9. Add option for "Awaiting Approval" box to be enabled for any user's workspace, not limited to Supervisors and Admin Support.

    Our case carrying and licensing staff are responsible for approving activities and reports in exR, but can only be notified of items awaiting their approval via email alerts since their user settings do not allow them to add the "Awaiting Approval" inbox to their workspace. Allowing case carrying staff to see both their case roster/home roster and the "Awaiting Approval" inbox on their workspace would greatly reduce our reliance on email alerts. This would help counteract the negative impact of the recent secure email rollout, and the email alert delays we have been experiencing.

  11. Auditor Role have access to Case File sorted in same manner by report/activity, have access to Compliance Tab

    Current Auditor roles does not allow access to viewing Compliance tab, or any other features that are helpful for an auditor to view in a snapshot. Instead they are asked to go through a huge list of documents and often do not have time for this so just ask us to find and scan separately anyway. Would also be nice to be able to just turn on a report or activity for them to review rather than having to click every-single-entry made.

  12. Auto-Update Secondary Caseworker Tasks

    Automatically transfer assigned reports and activities to the new secondary caseworker for a case if the secondary caseworker is updated (i.e. the same way due dates are automatically assigned to a new primary caseworker if the primary caseworker for a case is changed).

  14. Configure a new supervised visitation tab (next to general, case file) for client info report information to be entered.

    Take the information provided in the document attached and create a separate tab specifically for client visit info. We would need the ability to add more children info boxes since each case varies with the number of children per case.

  16. Email Alerts- Staff Trainings

    We need the ability for scheduled trainings and expired documents to send out email alerts to notify "staff" of upcoming trainings or vital documents expiring, such as D.L., child maltreatments, etc.
    If you can't automate these you may be able to add an email alert section for staff. (Right now we can only email alert cases and homes.) Things that could benefit in this section would be upcoming events, staff birthdays, etc.

  17. Allow emails sent from Activity Screen to be sent from the user's email rather than extended reach email.

    We need to send reports to outside funders, however the email button in the Activity/Report screens does not send from the user's email, but rather from the extended reach email. It would be helpful to be able to email from the user's email, so that the outside funder/case manager could respond.

  18. Post message to homes as a home activity

    "posts" to families that currently are displayed in the family website could be synced with each families home file as a part of their "activity" and subsequently a part of the generated case notes. Oklahoma Licensing requires documentation of correspondence with families. Using the post message feature would allow for immediate documentation of correspondence into case notes. As an agency that is completely paperless, this would be very valuable to our case management and increase case worker productivity.

  19. Custom Form - single line text description option available.

    Make a Description option available for the single line text feature of custom forms. Currently "Required" and "Description" are available as options on the custom tab of reports and activities. Description would be very helpful to have on custom forms so that it can be seen easily in the Case File.

  20. Monthly Reminder Email Documentation

    It would be great to have the monthly reminder email to foster families be copied into the correspondence of their file. This would alleviate the need for it to be cc'd to a worker who then files it in to the correspondence. Maybe it could be set up that it cc's a worker's eR email and auto populates each family's case ID so that it automatically files it. Thanks for considering!
