We need the ability for scheduled trainings and expired documents to send out email alerts to notify "staff" of upcoming trainings or vital documents expiring, such as D.L., child maltreatments, etc.
If you can't automate these you may be able to add an email alert section for staff. (Right now we can only email alert cases and homes.) Things that could benefit in this section would be upcoming events, staff birthdays, etc.
We are state mandated to track training hours for our staff (24 hrs. for office staff and 30 for home staff) How can I track these hours to make sure we are in compliance? Thanks for your help!
