Custom Form - single line text description option available.
Make a Description option available for the single line text feature of custom forms. Currently "Required" and "Description" are available as options on the custom tab of reports and activities. Description would be very helpful to have on custom forms so that it can be seen easily in the Case File.

Please add this feature. The description column is so useful, and it'd be awesome if it could be used for forms created with the custom form builder.
