Custom forms for staff documents & trainings
Allow the use of custom forms for staff documents & trainings in both FC & GCM modules.
Custom forms for Staff documents is now available. Under Organizational settings, look for the new Setting called “Staff: Advanced Staff Documents + Training (custom forms).” Once selected, under Organization settings > Staff Document Types (or Staff training types), you can create your document/training types and include custom fields. All existing documents/training have the ability to have custom fields added to them.

We would like to be able to create custom forms for items in staff profiles, similar to how the custom forms are used for cases and homes. This would be helpful for supervisors to document interview notes and reference checks

It would be very useful to have the Custom Form Builder option in the Staff Personnel / Training Area. It would also be useful to be able to add a document or web link into a training activity. For example, if a new employee could go to a training activity and click on a document or web link to read then fill in the training activity’s custom form/test.
