  1. "Allow Custom Form field codes to be generated manually" in a way that doesn't erase the rest of the document

    Since we cannot currently pull reports into a document, it would be nice to know that when we updated information the case worker could update their document without erasing everything they have already done.

  2. Column titles/sorting columns

    On the rosters pages for both cases and homes, can you lock the title lines so that when you are scrolling down and find your family/case, you can still see the title of the columns? It would be nice to be able to sort by the columns also without exporting the whole roster.

  3. Have a field code to pull archived treatment goals into a form

    Currently you can only pull "in process" treatment goals into a form. It would be nice to have a field code that can pull in any "completed" treatment goals. For North Carolina cases, having this be able to be pulled into a form would keep it Medicaid compliant.

  4. On the pending referrals page

    My idea is to make it so that the referrals page has options to add more variables such as the location and age of the client. That way you don't have to click on a client and look for their location because you would see it and it would make it easier to assign cases. Also it would be helpful if it could have a toggle option to change the list to alphabetical order so that clients can be found easier, or toggle by age (every variable available) :)

  5. Undo for eR Inbox

    SWs who need to move dozens of files from their eR Inbox to the appropriate Compliance item occasionally slip up; They would love an option in the eR Inbox to UNDO LAST ACTION, or something to that effect. Otherwise, the item disappears from the inbox, and you have to download it from the item, delete the wrong compliance item, re-email it, open the case, attach again. Would save a lot of time.

  6. Put Add file from another activity or report button in GCM Program!

    There is an "add file from another activity or report button" in the foster care module that allows you to search the case file or pdfs in ExtendedReach to pull into that document, and it is amazing. This would be great to have in GCM since we admit people into multiple programs to be able to place files that are already in the case files into the correct places without having to constantly re-download them. See attachment for the button I am referring to.

  7. Allow case managers to send documents back to the foster parents after they have submitted them.

    Sometimes foster parents submit documents incorrectly, so a case manager should be allowed to reject the document and send it back to the foster parents for corrections.

  9. Lock down and Alert when a change to billable case activities have been made after it's been ran for the month

    The ability to "lockdown" billing or send any kind of alert when a change has been made after the billing has been ran for the month. This feature is available in our Foster Care/Residential system, but not in the GCM system you are using now.

  10. Billing Rules for less errors

    Allow there to be flags or billing rules built into the back end of eR that trigger flags or shut down users from billing incorrectly. For example, if a user tries to bill Therapy (30 mins) and Family Therapy (30 mins) in the same day, then it would either say NO or it would trigger an administrator to review before generating a claim, because it is not allowed to be billed. Same thing for not allowing claims to be generated for case notes that are dated 2 weeks late, allowing it to do the documentation, but not necessarily billing it…

    Hi Dinah,

    extendedReach does not require users to be administrators to delete items. That is a choice made by your agency’s administrator, which users have this ability. It can easily be changed by them.

  12. Ability to exclude certain homes from "Copy this activity (when completed) to" based on office location.

    Workers are often assigned to cases/homes in multiple localities and contacts may be sent to specific homes rather than all. Having the option to exclude certain home files based on locality from receiving the activity uploaded would save workers time. Currently, they are required to delete the activity from each irrelevant home file or manually uploading each contact individually.

  13. Add "foster home initiated report using web document" to the options for Home/Case Reports

    Make it possible for a foster family to fill out a web document through the Foster Family Website. It would be even more simple than custom forms for our families to be able to fill out the web document from the website without losing the format of our companies documents.

  14. Add activity to case when an email is automatically sent

    We have satisfaction surveys automatically triggered when a discharge date is entered and a monthly report issued for any requiring snail mail, but the only way to know if they were sent is by checking the email account we bcc, and it never appears on the case file.

    It would be great if when an email is triggered to a client (or better also when they show up on a scheduled report), an activity could be automatically added to the case noting that an email was sent (or, in the case of showing up on a scheduled report, that x…

  15. Minimize former worker names in Case File.

    In the "Case File" section under the "Show" drop-down menu. It would be helpful if all the previous caseworkers' names could be minimized into one section by tapping the first name. For example, tapping the arrow so that a right arrow turns downward to reveal the names, rather than a long list being present. Seeing a long list of former workers is not good for scrolling or morale. :-)

  16. Can we build the ability to email from the referral tab.

    It would be nice to be able to email the state/contractor from the referral tab directly like the open cases and foster home tab. For us we have to track the responses we send to DCS and we have a 4 hour window to respond to this. If we could email we could have it documented and time stamped and would not be adding about 5 extra steps to the process.

  17. Add identification on people/relationships

    It would be helpful to have the option to add identification and/or a picture to relationships/people. We have to have IDs if contacts take our clients on outings. It would make sense for our staff to be able to check the people tab when they check the approved contact and see that we already got their ID or if we didn't. We also have No contact people and need to have their photo easily viewable in case they ever showed up to our shelter.

  18. Secondary targeted staff in Referral

    Add a secondary targeted staff on a referral so when you accept the referral and open the case, both caseworkers automatically are added. Also, it allows the two caseworkers to see documents and client info before the case is open so they can prep for the case.

  19. Recognize repeated inquiries

    We are having trouble with new inquiries being created when we have families who inquire and then close, and then re-inquire with us later. It doesn't sound like there is a way to flag a repeated inquiry. Right now, we have to look at our Open and Closed Home caselist to see if it's a new inquiry. We do not want multiple cases, we want the original inquiry to re-open so we know the history.

  20. Add a delete option to the scheduling feature

    Currently, if the appointment is scheduled erroneously, there is not an option to delete. This leaves one with the only option of selecting cancellation or no-show, which is not the case. This then appears in the case file and is not accurate.
