How can we improve extendedReach?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. The things under the compliance tab that is optional, there should be a way to remove it if it's not needed.

  2. Add a User-Friendly Criteria-Builder for Email Alerts

    Allow that user to specify a series of "and/or" + "true/false" statements that look at values and determine whether or not an email should be sent.

    Also allow email alerts to have use this criteria to vary the senders list (i.e. sent to a supervisor only if this set of criteria is true)

  3. Actions triggered by a client's age / documents generated based on client's age

    It would be nice if we could trigger certain documents to automatically generate based on a client's age. We have a form that gets filled out when a client turns 16. Also, when client's turn 18 we need to close and if something notified us a few weeks before, it would be helpful.

  5. "Re-Categorizing" Misfiled Activities/Reports

    It would be great if there was a way to be able to "re-categorize" activities/reports. For example, when a foster parent submits something through the Foster Family Website, and files it in the wrong activity/report option, the worker would be able to re-select the appropriate activity/report without having to download the attachment, delete the current activity/report, create the correct activity/report, and then re-upload the attachment. Another example would be when staff file documentation under the wrong activity/report type.

  8. Doc file name change in ER

    Please make a way for us to be able o change the document file name once we upload them into ER instead of only naming it once we scan hem on the scanner keyboard, this way if we make a mistake we can change the doc names within ER.

  12. Show # of Pending Documents as a column in the Admin "Inboxes" view

    When opening the Inbox config document - it would also be helpful see the list of pending docs right from that screen..

    Both these features would help w/debugging.

    Also gives opportunity when deleting inbox to give warning that un-posted docs would be deleted. (or some similar logic)

  13. Ability to Receive Email Alerts Upon the Submission of an Online Referral Form (GCM) or Online Inquiry Form (RES)

    Currently there is not a way to receive notification that an online form has been received. It would be awesome if this ability was implemented so we don't have to weed through all pending referrals or inquiries (as some are still entered manually).
