  1. Change DFPS Caseworker to Managing Conservator

    For those that have moved into Phase 2 of Community Based Care with St. Francis, there are no longer DFPS workers of any kind associated with a case. Yet there are DFPS labels on client tabs. Those can be changed to Managing Conservator and Managing Conservator Supervisor and will cover any type of placement.

  3. Hide custom form responses with "do not print" for portions of documentation that are used for internal purposes only

    Our organization has a requirement to document information/field responses on a custom form (for internal purposes only) that we do NOT want to print on the note that is shared with the client/guardian/caregiver or external providers, but we need to be able to collect this data in ZOHO so using the "comments" tab to hide this information will not work for us.

    In eR’s custom forms, we can only configure the Help Text to “Do not print” - we cannot set an actual form response to “Do not print”… our only available option is to “do not print if blank”…

  4. Minimize former worker names in Case File.

    In the "Case File" section under the "Show" drop-down menu. It would be helpful if all the previous caseworkers' names could be minimized into one section by tapping the first name. For example, tapping the arrow so that a right arrow turns downward to reveal the names, rather than a long list being present. Seeing a long list of former workers is not good for scrolling or morale. :-)

  5. Add a "suffix" option for all people; this is often required information for background checks, etc.

    Adding a dropdown menu with suffix options (ie, Jr., Sr., III, etc) will be useful as these are necessary when completing government forms and background checks.

  6. Keep families from submitting X until they submit Y in Licensing

    Keep families from submitting X until they submit Y in the licensing process. So, they have to submit one group of documents before they can move on to submitting the next parts. This would make the process seem less overwhelming to families and would track their progress in a simplified way.

  9. Allow users to make fields required on the Health tab.

    Under program settings on the Setup tab in the Required Case/Referral Fields box, allow options to make fields on the Health tab such as height, weight, and distinguishing marks required as this is important information for face sheets.

    Add the same "Security Detail" view that exists in the Foster system to the GCM system.

  14. Inbox for Foster Parents

    I think it would be beneficial to add a documents inbox for the foster parents to submit any documentation and not specify the subject, mainly for those families or parents who are not very computer savvy.

  15. Ability to exclude certain homes from "Copy this activity (when completed) to" based on office location.

    Workers are often assigned to cases/homes in multiple localities and contacts may be sent to specific homes rather than all. Having the option to exclude certain home files based on locality from receiving the activity uploaded would save workers time. Currently, they are required to delete the activity from each irrelevant home file or manually uploading each contact individually.

  16. Compliance Checklist for the client, in the Foster Family Website

    Can we get the compliance checklist for the client in the foster family website so the foster parent can see what needs to be completed each month for the client.

  17. Review Button versus Approval Button

    Instead of having it say "Approval" can we change it to say "Reviewed" or have both as an option? We are running into the issue when this comes to licensure and certain staff "approving" notes when they don't have the right credentials to "approve". They are more "reviewing" it to make sure all boxes are checked. On some documents in gets into a legal issue when it says "Approved By" when it should be "Reviewed By".

  18. Two factor authentication requirement after 24 hours

    We enabled two factor authentication for all our users, but noticed that when you login and type in your 2FA code there is an option to "remember this computer". If a user checks this, they are never asked for 2FA if they're logging in on the same device. This essentially allows the user to disable 2FA. The "remember this computer" option should be removed or at least require users to do 2FA authentication every 24 hours.

  19. Mass Add New Staff as worker to Cases/Homes from an Existing Worker

    As new staff are onboarded and take on some of the cases/homes from existing workers or added as a secondary, it would be helpful to be able to mass add the worker to the homes/cases instead of going into each one.

  20. Email Alert History

    It would be nice on the INFC and GCM side if I could pull a report, even in ZOHO, of all the email alerts so I can be sure they are going to the correct people.
