  1. Bulk Change assigned worker

    We have had an employee leave so we had to change the assigned worker. The same worker will be taking over all the cases. Right now you have to go into each family and individually change the worker. I had to change approximately 30 this way which gets time consuming

  2. Case Discharge Reasons

    Currently there is no way to turn off the feature that allows staff to enter in their own discharge reasons. There should be a setting on the backend that allows this option to be turned off for agencies that do not want staff to write in their own discharge reasons and select from the list of dropdown items only.

  3. Minimize former worker names in Case File.

    In the "Case File" section under the "Show" drop-down menu. It would be helpful if all the previous caseworkers' names could be minimized into one section by tapping the first name. For example, tapping the arrow so that a right arrow turns downward to reveal the names, rather than a long list being present. Seeing a long list of former workers is not good for scrolling or morale. :-)

  4. Add a tab for tracking "Address" on the FCM

    We use extendedReach for case management and lodging for some of Seattle's unhoused citizens. Often, they receive mail at a PO Box, Friend/Family, etc.

    We also use it for case managing folks through our Eviction Mitigation program. Since we don't usually lodge the folks in this program, we've been forced to create a custom report for Address information. This feels cumbersome in such a beautifully executed interface. We'd like a place to document address information for these clients that can be viewed on the main Case screen/tabs.

  5. Option to warn worker if an Activity or Report Type already exists that is in DRAFT status

    Many of our workers will start and activity or report, and then get distracted. This can create a draft. But when they return, often they'll go and just re-start the same Activity or Report type.

    This has lead to our implementation (2.5 months old) having over 100 Activities left in Draft status.

    It would be great if one of the configuration options on new Activity and Report types could be set to trigger a warning/pop-up that lets the worker know an Activity or Report type they are trying to add already exists in Draft status under their user account.

  6. Link Referral to Re-Admitted Case

    Our agency would like to utilize the re-admit feature and continue to track referrals for those cases. As of right now, our only option would be to either delete the referral since it cannot be merged with an open case or accept the referral and open a new case. We think it would be useful to have an option to accept the referral and link it to the re-admitted case.

  7. Hide custom form responses with "do not print" for portions of documentation that are used for internal purposes only

    Our organization has a requirement to document information/field responses on a custom form (for internal purposes only) that we do NOT want to print on the note that is shared with the client/guardian/caregiver or external providers, but we need to be able to collect this data in ZOHO so using the "comments" tab to hide this information will not work for us.

    In eR’s custom forms, we can only configure the Help Text to “Do not print” - we cannot set an actual form response to “Do not print”… our only available option is to “do not print if blank”…

  8. Staff Permissions for Multiple Branches

    We are able to set up staff access to multiple branches but there is currently no way to limit the staff to only view the branches they are assigned to. Currently they can see and access general information in branches that do not pertain to them. This would be a huge feature so staff do not see information that they do not need access to.

  10. Add Ethnicity in the Client Information section of the General Tab. Race, then Ethnicity. This is a Civil Rights Compliance requirement.

    In addition to Race, Civil Rights Compliance requires that organizations over 50 employees track Ethnicity and Disability. These should be included as part of the Client Information section of the General Tab and have the ability to make them required fields.

  11. The ability to assign dates under auditor

    It would be great to have the ability to assign date timeframes when assigning the auditor function. For example, if the auditor is requesting to view only 30 days of documents, the ability to assign only 30 days instead of the entire file would be great.

  12. Change DFPS Caseworker to Managing Conservator

    For those that have moved into Phase 2 of Community Based Care with St. Francis, there are no longer DFPS workers of any kind associated with a case. Yet there are DFPS labels on client tabs. Those can be changed to Managing Conservator and Managing Conservator Supervisor and will cover any type of placement.

  13. Add option for "Awaiting Approval" box to be enabled for any user's workspace, not limited to Supervisors and Admin Support.

    Our case carrying and licensing staff are responsible for approving activities and reports in exR, but can only be notified of items awaiting their approval via email alerts since their user settings do not allow them to add the "Awaiting Approval" inbox to their workspace. Allowing case carrying staff to see both their case roster/home roster and the "Awaiting Approval" inbox on their workspace would greatly reduce our reliance on email alerts. This would help counteract the negative impact of the recent secure email rollout, and the email alert delays we have been experiencing.

  15. Ability to Lock forms after Approval/Review

    There needs to be a lock option once a form has been approved/reviewed. As it is, any form can be changed at any time, even after the forms has been approved. This option needs to be available on both sides Foster Care and GCM.

  16. Add a start date for medication

    Medications can be prescribed and started on different days. We often have our psychiatrist prescribe on a Thursday but the new meds are not started till the following Tuesday.

    In the same way that reports and activities can be cloned and then altered, it would be helpful to have that same ability to clone an email alert.

  18. Send and track references

    We use Extended Reach exclusively to track new resource parent applications, and it works like a dream! Applicants fill out forms in their Family web, and we can then review and approve them. The only thing it doesn't do for us right now is send out references. It would be awesome to be able to have this automated in some way. We used Binti before eR and it did this for us. Families would enter their references and it would automatically send out the form via email to each reference and then file it in the same location as it…
