Enhance graphical user interface for mobile workspace
The GUI for mobile devices is the same (the workspace looks congested on the left side whereas the right side is just an empty space), the look of the webpage does not change with the devices. Overall, the system serves its purpose to a great extent but lacks visual aspects.

Showing calculated yearly training hours shown on Compliance Tab just like on the Home File under training, would expedite daily operations.
In order to ensure that our time is spent providing services and resources to our resource families and foster kids, it would be helpful to revise the compliance tab in order to view the total number of hours a resource parent has completed instead of having to click on each training and have to calculate the hours. It is time consuming and takes away precious time from other duties.

Auto Insurance Field
Auto-populate "Auto Insurance" with vehicles added in the Add Vehicle Tool like it does for "Auto Vehicle Registration".

Add a "read receipt" option to Family Web notices
When we send a group email to families through "Post a message to homes", it would be helpful to include a "read receipt" check box so that we can track if a family has seen the item we have sent.

Allow for the deletion of community posts on the Foster Family Website.
Families will have access to confidential information and may accidentally post to the community instead of privately. It would be nice to know that we could delete posts that violate privacy/community guidelines. The "Questionable Post" link doesn't allow for deleting or hiding the post.
Also I posted test posts that are still up there and it would be nice to delete them.6 votes -

Goal, Diagnosis, etc field code pull ins should work more like KCare and be date based.
Currently, Goals, Diagnosis etc pull in based on current or past month. It would be better if these were date based like Kcare.

Readmitting
Be able to select what information you want to transfer to readmit a child. A had a sibling group readmitted. All of their items from 2018 transferred to now. Medication logs, medical information, those items are not needed. At least an option to select multiple things to delete if needed instead of having to go into each individual item to delete.

Auditor Access
The ability to change the information that is displayed on the child's profile. The information is pretty basic. It would be nice to be able to add allergies, rate level, medicaid number. Some of these items are requested by auditors. It would be nice for the items to be displayed instead of having to create an entry for a face sheet that does contain this information.

It would be great if we couold perform mass adjustments in eR.
the rate for a particular code increased, however, the rate was not updated in eR until months later. It would be great to identify those lines items and complete mass adjustments to prevent having to go into each invoice to complete the adjustments.

Print Formatting
Provide further customized options in how Reports and Activities are formatted when printed. Some of the Reports can be quite lengthy, have empty space, and generally are hard to read when printed. If the reports could be exported to an uploaded Word document format with the assigned field codes before printing, that would be a big help.

Field Code number assignment
Provide the ability to directly edit field code number assignments. When changes are made to Reports, past and future data are sometimes no longer in alignment. Being able to manually assign field code entries would make editing easier.

Calculations within Reports and Activities
Have Reports and Activities internally perform calculations based on field code entries. This would minimize risk of errors in which reports need to display a calculation based on field code entries

Configuration for automatic sync to Zoho after Report completion
Add a feature to the Activity and Report configurations that forces an upload to Zoho when submitting. I know it is possible to do it manually in System Configuration, but having this directly attached to specific submissions would be extremely helpful for up to date Zoho reporting.

Multiple client entry in a single Report
Have Reports and Activities that allow for collection of data for multiple clients, which results in separate Reports/Activities for each client. I would think you would have to designate which field codes are assigned to each patient (i.e., all included patients, individual patients, groups of patients based on conditional logic). This would be helpful for some of our reports that we email out in the completed form

Bulk Change assigned worker
We have had an employee leave so we had to change the assigned worker. The same worker will be taking over all the cases. Right now you have to go into each family and individually change the worker. I had to change approximately 30 this way which gets time consuming

Case Discharge Reasons
Currently there is no way to turn off the feature that allows staff to enter in their own discharge reasons. There should be a setting on the backend that allows this option to be turned off for agencies that do not want staff to write in their own discharge reasons and select from the list of dropdown items only.

Minimize former worker names in Case File.
In the "Case File" section under the "Show" drop-down menu. It would be helpful if all the previous caseworkers' names could be minimized into one section by tapping the first name. For example, tapping the arrow so that a right arrow turns downward to reveal the names, rather than a long list being present. Seeing a long list of former workers is not good for scrolling or morale. :-)

Add a tab for tracking "Address" on the FCM
We use extendedReach for case management and lodging for some of Seattle's unhoused citizens. Often, they receive mail at a PO Box, Friend/Family, etc.
We also use it for case managing folks through our Eviction Mitigation program. Since we don't usually lodge the folks in this program, we've been forced to create a custom report for Address information. This feels cumbersome in such a beautifully executed interface. We'd like a place to document address information for these clients that can be viewed on the main Case screen/tabs.

Option to warn worker if an Activity or Report Type already exists that is in DRAFT status
Many of our workers will start and activity or report, and then get distracted. This can create a draft. But when they return, often they'll go and just re-start the same Activity or Report type.
This has lead to our implementation (2.5 months old) having over 100 Activities left in Draft status.
It would be great if one of the configuration options on new Activity and Report types could be set to trigger a warning/pop-up that lets the worker know an Activity or Report type they are trying to add already exists in Draft status under their user account.
