accepted referral
In addition to admission(Foster care) or case open (GCM) triggers, there should also be an option to trigger documentation off of an "accepted" referral.

Adding all participants placed at a specific placement for a Group Note
We use group notes to alert all participants placed at a single site in certain situations. We'd like to see a link to "Add all open cases placed at.." on activities setup for the Group functionality. Click the link should prompt for the worker to select the placement from a list. Then, it should add all participants with an active placement at that location.
This makes sense for the Foster Care module. Screenshot below.

Ability to choose Adding Report = Waived, Pending
I upload a lot and when I'm done, I go back and see mostly green/yellow, which is great. But the RED dots... it would be nice to chose either Waived or Pending and change the color to Black or Grey, etc. It would save time not having to go back and find it was Pending or Waived.

Separate Voluntary TPR for Each Parent
Add a voluntary TPR checkbox for each parent to accurately capture all ways that parental rights are terminated. In some situations, a petition has been filed, one parent releases rights, and one goes to trial. Additionally, it would allow us to capture when one parent voluntarily releases without a petition being filed.

Keep Show Hidden opened
After we have opened Show Hidden, keep it open until we are finished with it. I don't know the Category. It's on the upper right hand side of eReach.

Add an Optional Message box to the Email dropdown of activities/reports
Add an Optional Message box to the Email pop-up for activities/reports similar to the Collecting External Signatures pop-up.

Inquiry Email Alerts
Allow e-mail alerts to be specific to inquiries, beyond when an inquiry is opened or closed.

Enable a "Group by" functionality for "Last Contact" on the Inquiries/Homes lists.
Inquiries come into the portal from our website and we need the capability to group those by last contact so that we can track their status more efficiently.

Zoho is okay, but limited.

Activity/Report Random Auditing
Would like a way to have the system randomly select completed activities/reports under the case & home files and email links to those documents to a supervisor so they can check to ensure the content is meeting the expectations/requirements.
Could have a way to schedule the email with criteria:
1. Case Files, Home Files, or Both
2. How far back to pull an activity/report or date/range.
3. Activity, Report, or Both
4. How many to select.
5. One time or scheduled pull (repeat every 30, 60, 90 days)

Upload template to auto-create & populate new referral, case, etc.
Create template forms that can be filled out by an external party (typed-in, not handwritten), emailed/uploaded into ER, and then "approved" into automatically creating a referral or case and use data from the form to populate the fields in the referral or case. Possibly a form & form "map" situation where the map tells ER which fields to populate with data from the uploaded form.

Add "Do not print" option to all fields in Custom Form Builder
Would be nice to be able to tag specific fields as "Do not print" (not just if blank) so, for example, dropdowns/conditional fields can be used for other conditional fields to appear, but the dropdowns wouldn't appear on the print output.

Ability to open/read multiple incident reports at the same time.
In KC, case managers could pull multiple IR's on one screen to search for information or be able to easily send the information to DCS.

Ability to add more than one court date and tracking.
We need to enter more than one court date, (need to add 2 dates sometimes). The dates are Not Tracked, once the court date is removed the system keeps no record in system.

Ability to Receive Email Alerts Upon the Submission of an Online Referral Form (GCM) or Online Inquiry Form (RES)
Currently there is not a way to receive notification that an online form has been received. It would be awesome if this ability was implemented so we don't have to weed through all pending referrals or inquiries (as some are still entered manually).

Foster Family Website submission report
It would be nice to be able to pull a report that shows all items currently submitted and those that have been submitted through the Foster Family website as well as drafted items.

Add identification on people/relationships
It would be helpful to have the option to add identification and/or a picture to relationships/people. We have to have IDs if contacts take our clients on outings. It would make sense for our staff to be able to check the people tab when they check the approved contact and see that we already got their ID or if we didn't. We also have No contact people and need to have their photo easily viewable in case they ever showed up to our shelter.
