Group Open Cases by "Current Placement" and view the Room/Bed Assignment In Case List
I would like to be able to view the open cases by the value displayed..."Current Placement".
In addition, we'd like to see which Room/Bed they are placed into in the case view.

Run a LIC 500 report from the employee side of ER.
The LIC 500 is a state licensing report that California Care Licensing always asks for.

Pull Preferred Name for SMS Appointment Reminders
SMS appointment reminders should pull the "Preferred Name" field instead of legal name so as to not retraumatize individuals whose legal name is a dead name or a reminder of trauma that they choose not to use.

Add a date filter to summary reports
Currently when downloading a summary report to excel, you have to download all of the data. This is an issue as over the years, our data has grown and these are extremely large excel files. Sometimes these reports can take 15-20 minutes just to download.
This can be solved by adding a date filtering option so that we can pull down only the relevent data we need rather than the entire dataset.

Grade level in Education section
The grade level in education should progress each July 1 (or whatever makes sense for your area). Most students progress a grade level each year and it's a lot of work for someone to manually change each grade for each child each year. Students who stay back can be changed mannually. If the education spot is left blank (i.e. the child is too young to be in school) nothing would happen.

Ability to Append Youth Initials to Subject Instead of Youth Full Name
To help keep our clients' names and information confidential, we would like the ability to append youth initials to email subjects instead of youth full names, when emailing out case notes or reports.
This would prevent us from having to go through the steps of downloading a report/case note, opening up a secure email system outside of Extended Reach, and emailing a team member through secure email.

Add "foster home initiated report using web document" to the options for Home/Case Reports
Make it possible for a foster family to fill out a web document through the Foster Family Website. It would be even more simple than custom forms for our families to be able to fill out the web document from the website without losing the format of our companies documents.

Fields for Preferred Pronouns
This applies to all modules within extendedReach. I'd like to see a preferred pronouns field made available. I realize we can do this is a custom field, but I'd like to see it as a default.

ERPP
different departments in one company have different needs. It will be nice if every department can have their own caseload organized. I also help out with ERPP and many landlord reach out to ERPP directly and they can't enter somebody into Extended reach like that. I was wondering if there is way to enter just client names and their information like Google spreadsheets but on extended reach and more organized.

add a field code for the funding worker's phone number for face sheet
The funding worker is an essential part of the team, and it is essential to have this number on the face sheet especially if there is an emergency and we do not have access to the extended reach through a power outage.

A way for foster parents to print off their earnings history.
We have requests from Foster Parents a lot for a printed statement of their earnings. It would save time for all if they could print what they see on the "family website" their earnings history. Plus a way they can request a period of time (for the year) and get a "statement" of their earnings for that period.

Default No Photo Icons Should be Inclusive
The generic photo (icon) that displays on the Family Website when there isn't a client photo uploaded should match the race of the client, or not show a person at all if that can't be accomplished. Right now the icon shows what generally resembles a white male, which doesn't represent every child.

Staff Training Compliance
We would like to modify the Staff compliance section to be divided into Pre-service training, Orientation training, Mandatory Annual Training, and Recommended training. Each section would have the list of trainings we have in those sections.

Ability to select multiple default options in Configurator fields or "select all"
It would be really great if configurator fields could include more than one default option. Such as multiple checkboxes. OR if the system could include a select all option. For example, we do a clothing inventory on the client where ALL fields need to be checked. It's a lot of clicking to check them all. It would be great if we could either default all or have a select all option. Then we would only uncheck the ones that don't apply.

Adding CAPTCHA to online referral forms
In the world of spam, bots, and unsavory characters, website forms seem to be a hot target. In order to keep business efficient, it is vital to have the ability to filter out and block these bots from filling out our forms, dirtying up our data, and creating more work for our team.
I believe adding a CAPTCHA to online referral forms will solve this problem.

FFW document folders & sort by most recent
Have a folder organization system for FFW documents. Example their service statement is shared on FFW monthly. We need them to have access of all of those documents but it is a mess when they try to find what they are looking for.
A folder for all service statements (docs uploaded in that item) and displayed most recent to oldest.

Web Documents should have attachment option
There are many occasions when workers would need to attach a document to a Web Document. Such as, if the Web Doc is a monthly contact note and a copy of an email needs to be attached. This feature already exists in the Foster Care eR, and should exist here too!
