An error occurred while saving the comment Mike Flanagan commentedHey Matt, I know this is a really old idea... but I think more significantly than this is checking for duplicates when entering an Inquiry. There are a ton more Inquiries than Address Book entries. Workers are manually checking every single Inquiry to see if there's a dup.

An error occurred while saving the comment Mike Flanagan commentedGreat feature, especially if a bcc text could be sent to a group of families. More and more people are ignoring emails.
It's unfortunate that this idea has been sitting here for 4 years with lots of up-votes.
The Family Website DOES have an email alert option in the System Config section, but it's much more limited than the Email Alerts module.
At the very least, we were hoping to get a child's name appended to the subject line in the FFW alerts, since families often have more than one child. If they submit three "Clothing Receipts" items, it's easy to see them as identical. But if it says "Clothing Receipts (Child 1)", etc., that would be great. You can do this in the regular Email Alerts, so I'm voting for it too!
