Family Website tab could have a lot more functionality
When a family uploads a document from the FFW, it shows up in the "Family Website" tab, saying "Note", when they uploaded, and the name of their document.
Unless they named the attachment beautifully, there's no way of knowing what document it is without opening the attachment. You also can't click on the Note to take you to the compliance item.
Can you:
1) Add a line in the Note that says the name of the Compliance item the upload was targeted for?
and/or
2) Make it so the item is clickable and takes you to the Compliance item to…8 votes -
Staff Permissions for Multiple Branches
We are able to set up staff access to multiple branches but there is currently no way to limit the staff to only view the branches they are assigned to. Currently they can see and access general information in branches that do not pertain to them. This would be a huge feature so staff do not see information that they do not need access to.

Change DFPS Caseworker to Managing Conservator
For those that have moved into Phase 2 of Community Based Care with St. Francis, there are no longer DFPS workers of any kind associated with a case. Yet there are DFPS labels on client tabs. Those can be changed to Managing Conservator and Managing Conservator Supervisor and will cover any type of placement.

Create easy access to shared files or blank PDF forms by placing them on Compliance tab next to each required item.
Move or link blank PDF or Word files to the Compliance Tab requirements similar to configurator forms. This will increase easy of finding documents that need printed and filled out.
Example: I'm on the phone with a Foster Parent. They are looking at the Family Website and see a red compliance item on their checklist. They click on it to find the form, similar to configurator forms, but nothing appears because it is a PDF or Word document. Download and Upload user created forms.
I would love a repository where we can download user and kcare created configurator forms to then upload and use them for our agencies. I.E. I create a homestudy template, someone else can download and use that template for their agency with some of their own edits.

Add ability to clone an email alert
In the same way that reports and activities can be cloned and then altered, it would be helpful to have that same ability to clone an email alert.

Add the ability to change the font color and highlight text in Web documents
Add the ability to change the font color and highlight test in Web documents to make it easy for staff to see comments left by supervisor/approver for corrections that are needed.

"Stop Tracking" while On Hold - Expiration dates
When you place a family "On Hold", you have the option to "Hide Due Tasks" while On Hold.

Allow Primary Foster Home to have access to the child in FFW when child is on respite
Create a way to designate the child's "Primary Foster Home" in which the system maintains that the child is placed at that specific home- even when the child is temporarily out of the home (respite, hospital, etc). This allows the primary foster home to continue to have access to the child's files in the FFW but it also tracks the temporary out of home placement for billing purposes.

Copy from multiple report/activity types for Homes
It would be great if the option to copy from multiple report/activity types was available for homes. Right now it's only an option for cases. Home reports/activities have the ability to copy from a previous report but not to copy from another report type.

Employee Training Report by Month
Could the ability to run reports that display trainings by month for each individual employee be added, possibly with the ability to have users electronically initial or sign each training? We print out training logs for each employee every month so that their trainings can be initialed, and having an option for these reports would be helpful.

Share only the most recent attachment completed to Family Web
Would like to see a setting that would share only the most recently completed attachment to the Family Website. Currently, what the home sees is multiple attachments, some years old. It'd be helpful and less confusing for only the most recent completed shared to the Family Web.

In the Immunization Tab Would it be possible to have a drop down field instead of a text box for the Other Vaccinations field? We want to use it for the Covid Vaccines and have these choices on the dropdown (Fully Vaccinated, Partially Vaccinated, Booster).

Time Dispensed line added to current eR MAR
We absolutely LOVE your current MAR that is built into eR. However our State requires time dispensed to be documented each time a med is given. This one change would allow us to utilize your online form.

Create an option to link mother/baby referrals similar to sibling groups
When a referral comes in for a mother and baby, we would like a way to connect the two cases as a "group" similar to siblings. We could get the functionality we need by putting them in as a sibling group, but this doesn't seem quite right as they are not siblings and the terminology doesn't fit the relationships.
