  1. Allow Workspace Customization

    It would be great if our workers could modify their workspace on eR. It is overwhelming to see the long list of items due and past due on our workspace. Our workers don't necessarily need to see items that are due in 45 days. If each box/area on the user's workspace could have the option to minimize and maximize based on their own preference, that would be super awesome. It would also be nice to be able to move the boxes around so different sections could be in different places depending on what the worker wants to see at the…

  2. Allow Duplication of Elements within Custom Forms

    This might be tricky to implement, but it would be a HUGE timesaver when designing custom forms with a lot of repeating elements.

    The user would be able to select a series of items that need to be duplicated in the form and then click on a button in the toolbar to duplicate the selected items.

    I attached a demonstration of this concept to provide a visual reference for how I think it might look.

  4. Ability to move documents from one category to another if wrongly filed

    If a document is wrongly filed in one category, it would be nice to have the option to move it to the correct category without having to save the document to the desktop and then re-upload it.

  5. "Re-Categorizing" Misfiled Activities/Reports

    It would be great if there was a way to be able to "re-categorize" activities/reports. For example, when a foster parent submits something through the Foster Family Website, and files it in the wrong activity/report option, the worker would be able to re-select the appropriate activity/report without having to download the attachment, delete the current activity/report, create the correct activity/report, and then re-upload the attachment. Another example would be when staff file documentation under the wrong activity/report type.

  6. Automatically stop tracking expiration after household member moves out or pet is set to inactive

    After we mark a household member as having moved out, or a pet as inactive, staff and foster parents are still being notified regarding their expiring documents. Please automatically stop tracking their expirations when we mark as moved out/inactive.

  7. Add option for "Awaiting Approval" box to be enabled for any user's workspace, not limited to Supervisors and Admin Support.

    Our case carrying and licensing staff are responsible for approving activities and reports in exR, but can only be notified of items awaiting their approval via email alerts since their user settings do not allow them to add the "Awaiting Approval" inbox to their workspace. Allowing case carrying staff to see both their case roster/home roster and the "Awaiting Approval" inbox on their workspace would greatly reduce our reliance on email alerts. This would help counteract the negative impact of the recent secure email rollout, and the email alert delays we have been experiencing.

  8. Allow email alerts in eR work with Foster Family Website

    Currently, the email alerts that you create in "Email Alerts" do not work with the foster family website. We are needing this for individual reports that are done on the Foster Family website to go to specific people in our organization. As of now, it is all or none, so only 1 person would get all submissions of the FFW.

  10. Improve the email button functionality for reports. Allow the email subject line and body of the email to be modified before sending.

    Instead of divulging the client's name in the subject line of the email. Allow for the protection of client confidentiality with the same functionality you have created with the email alerts; a check box to omit appending the client's name.

  11. Forms on Foster Family Website after Client Discharge

    Once children are discharged from foster care, they no longer show on the foster family website. However, there are still forms that the family needs to complete and submit. We cannot delay the child's discharge because of billing and other forms that the caseworkers need to complete which are triggered by the discharge date. Could the configurator have an option where select forms stay accessible to families for up to 30 days following discharge?

  12. Allowance for cases discharged from pre-placement visits to be placed back on the pending referral list

    When referrals are opened to a pre-placement visit and then subsequently discharged, there is no option for them to be placed back onto the pending referral list. We have children who often go this route and it is mandated by licensing that we attempt a pre-placement visit for all children referred. So when a pre-placement case is discharged, the only option I know of is to re-enter the referral information. At one time there was an option under discharge to place them back on the referral list, but I have not seen this in a while. Thank you!

  16. Have pending referrals for cases be discharged after a specified timeframe is met (3 months, 4 months, etc.)

    Pending referrals have to be manually discharged. If a timeframe was marked for discharge, the list would not get too long and show referrals that no longer need homes.

  17. Allow Custom Form to be hidden after file is generated

    Would like to see an option when using the custom form builder for "Hide Custom Form after File is Generated". The worker will fill out the custom form placeholder, then generates the word document file which pulls over all of the information they have entered and submits for approval/com[letes. The custom form that they have filled out will be hidden after they generate the word document file.

  18. Rejected Docuents List

    A list for rejeted documents so when you submit multiple documents to your supervisor, you can see on the main screen if it was Rejected instead of looking through each client that you have.

  19. Allow Primary Foster Home to have access to the child in FFW when child is on respite

    Create a way to designate the child's "Primary Foster Home" in which the system maintains that the child is placed at that specific home- even when the child is temporarily out of the home (respite, hospital, etc). This allows the primary foster home to continue to have access to the child's files in the FFW but it also tracks the temporary out of home placement for billing purposes.

  20. Monthly Reminder Email Documentation

    It would be great to have the monthly reminder email to foster families be copied into the correspondence of their file. This would alleviate the need for it to be cc'd to a worker who then files it in to the correspondence. Maybe it could be set up that it cc's a worker's eR email and auto populates each family's case ID so that it automatically files it. Thanks for considering!
