Calculate current age on general tab
Is there a way to automatically calculate current age from entering their Date of Birth that would be visible to the case workers?
This is a great tool that is very handy for multiple reasons. It could also pull into reports to help separate age groups when setting up events for mission teams that hold VBS or chapel for teens.4 votescurrent age of a case is visible in the left column on the case screen and the referral screen. for homes it is also visible on the general tab next to each parents date of birth.

Remove menu column and choices on left side for specific users.
Option to HIDE ALL (or most) menu options on left side of home screen for specific workers.
I have a contractor that will be using the system for home studies. However, I do not want them to be able to see any options on the left menu column (My Stuff, Cases, Homes, Summaries, Administration) that they are not directly attached to under a secondary worker.
I only want them to be able to access the SINGLE FAMILY or FAMILIES that I give them access to.

You can enable it on your organization preference settings tab (advanced option). It is called “System: Enable navigation show/hide settings (advanced)”. Once this is enabled, you can control the menus on the individual user profiles.

Chronological sort of Inquiries
In the Foster Care Inquiries I was wondering if there is a way sort those by date. Even if it could be a widget to create an almost 'at-a-glance' sort of note of the Inquiries that the caseworkers may have.
They have the ability to sort Alphabetically at the moment which I think is the best for the overall so perhaps an additional or optionally placed section for By Date Inquiries?3 votes -

Home Insurance for Non-Household Members
Add a place on the general tab of non-household members to input home insurance information and expiration date. Also, add alternate caregiver home insurance to the compliance tab.

Pet Vaccination Records
Currently, the eR database requires a two step process when updating pet information:
- Upload the vaccination records; and
- Enter the new expiration date in the "General" tab.
It would be nice if the to functions communicated with one another.

cut work in half for speed
We need more data to prefill to documents to manage time better ie ISP's if the goals do not change then we should see it on the review until the goals met.

You should be able to add as many field codes/content controls in your ISPs as you choose. Please refer to the on-line help for videos that demonstrate how to do this. If we can be of further assistance – please submit a help desk ticket.

Family Reminder Email
Have a way to email a reminder of items due to familys. You can insert a button to email when you click on an upcoming item due. This can be used for both foster families and adoptive families (Waiting Texas and VAP)

You can set up Email Alerts to notify homes of upcoming due/expiring items for themselves and their placements.
Agency administrators can also set up monthly reminder emails for homes under Organization Settings > Organization Preferences > Family Web > Emails > Enable the “Monthly Reminder Email”.

Home required fields can be configured by an agency administrator under Organization Settings > Organization Preferences > Settings > Home Required Fields.

multi factor authentication
As an extra security feature, our IT company recommends two factor authentication - which would make a more secure method of log-in for our staff, especially if logging-in off site.

Allow case managers to send documents back to the foster parents after they have submitted them.
Sometimes foster parents submit documents incorrectly, so a case manager should be allowed to reject the document and send it back to the foster parents for corrections.

Search by first letters of name of case/home
In the search screen at lower left, could you make it so that you can just type in the first few letters of last and/or first name and it would go to those clients matching the input, rather than all the letters of the name.

Column titles/sorting columns
On the rosters pages for both cases and homes, can you lock the title lines so that when you are scrolling down and find your family/case, you can still see the title of the columns? It would be nice to be able to sort by the columns also without exporting the whole roster.

Title lines are now locked. We don’t have plans to add sorting at the moment (you have to use the “Group by” button. We will be adding a custom report builder later this year that should allow custom sorting by columns.
