1. Underneath the "Search" box, change search by "Case Last Name" to by "Cases".
2. Type in a phone number in the "Search" box.
3. Click "Go"
Using this technique, you can search by pretty much anything on the Case - phone number, area code, zip code, first name, case #, etc.
