Post message to homes as a home activity
"posts" to families that currently are displayed in the family website could be synced with each families home file as a part of their "activity" and subsequently a part of the generated case notes. Oklahoma Licensing requires documentation of correspondence with families. Using the post message feature would allow for immediate documentation of correspondence into case notes. As an agency that is completely paperless, this would be very valuable to our case management and increase case worker productivity.

Allow Custom Forms to be shared with Family Website instead of just attached files
Currently you can share attached files posted to a case file or home file with the Family Website. We use custom forms built using form builder for many of our follow up activities and reports. We would like these to be able to be shared with the family website.

A smartphone app that allows the user to scan directly into the Extended Reach inbox.

The mobile app is now available for iOS in the Apple App Store!
The first version of the mobile app allows you to access basic case and home information (along with driving directions and phone numbers).

Be able to re-assign all of a worker's cases or homes to another worker (all at once)
When a worker leaves the agency - this would make re-assignment faster.

Allow the program to tailor the compliance tab to fit each household better.
Use the number of vehicles and pets listed under the general tab to populate the number of vehicles and pets that come up in the compliance tab. And that the names/descriptions of each vehicle and pet would show on the main compliance tab to make logging it easier.

Advanced Form Builder to have show/hide capabilities
The advanced form builder have show/hide capabilities based on a decision/rule from another field? (ie: if the dropdown says "yes' then show narrative paragraph box)
10 votesThis year we added functionality to the Custom Form builder so that a dependency can be made that a field shows based on the value selected in another field.
The setting is called “show only if another field is….” and allows the selection of other fields ( drop downs. checkboxes, multiple choice) and a designation of the value that will prompt the logic to show a field.

7 votesThe ability to generate forms is configured on the report/activity settings. If you would like to be able to generate a form for the 3 Day Medical, an agency administrator at your organization will be able to set that up for you!

Add ability to turn off Event Expiration/Record Due after a client is discharged, so compliance items could remain "GREEN", if elected.
This way when a file is closed out and then the user subsequently goes back to the compliance tab, items won't move from GREEN to RED over time; they would remain static from the point of the discharge date. This would be a lovely option for those attempting clean up their files.

For expiration dates, you can click on “Stop Tracking Expiration” which will prevent new expiration dates from appearing.
For due dates, you can enable the settings “Delete if due after close date and case/home closed” and “Stop repeating if foster care case/home is closed”.

Email Alerts- Staff Trainings
We need the ability for scheduled trainings and expired documents to send out email alerts to notify "staff" of upcoming trainings or vital documents expiring, such as D.L., child maltreatments, etc.
If you can't automate these you may be able to add an email alert section for staff. (Right now we can only email alert cases and homes.) Things that could benefit in this section would be upcoming events, staff birthdays, etc.

Make child level of care changes without having to discharge and readmit!!
Add ability to move child from one program to another without having to discharge and readmit. Children frequently experience level of care changes but remain in the same foster home. When we discharge and readmit to reflect this LOC change, we have to readmit and re-place the child in the system which triggers a large # of unique activities and reports that do not really need to be completed again.

You can make custom forms available to the home through the Family Web portal when you have the settings “Use Custom Form Builder” and “Foster Home initiated report using custom form (advanced)” enabled.

Remove menu column and choices on left side for specific users.
Option to HIDE ALL (or most) menu options on left side of home screen for specific workers.
I have a contractor that will be using the system for home studies. However, I do not want them to be able to see any options on the left menu column (My Stuff, Cases, Homes, Summaries, Administration) that they are not directly attached to under a secondary worker.
I only want them to be able to access the SINGLE FAMILY or FAMILIES that I give them access to.

You can enable it on your organization preference settings tab (advanced option). It is called “System: Enable navigation show/hide settings (advanced)”. Once this is enabled, you can control the menus on the individual user profiles.

Add a delete option to the scheduling feature
Currently, if the appointment is scheduled erroneously, there is not an option to delete. This leaves one with the only option of selecting cancellation or no-show, which is not the case. This then appears in the case file and is not accurate.
