  2. Include the ability to generate email alerts for expiring documents on the staff profile.

    Need for both Foster Care & GCM Systems - Add ability to send an email alert which contains the contents of a activity/report "custom form" (CANS, Incident Report, Foster Parent Log) that includes the entire contents of the report/activity (and/or including the narrative section) - preferably as an attached PDF to the email alert. :)

  7. Auto-Update Secondary Caseworker Tasks

    Automatically transfer assigned reports and activities to the new secondary caseworker for a case if the secondary caseworker is updated (i.e. the same way due dates are automatically assigned to a new primary caseworker if the primary caseworker for a case is changed).

  9. Turn off email security for in-house eR users and/or email alerts

    The new email security feature means that with every email alert to our caseworkers, they have to enter their password for each and every email alert before they can see it. This can be quite time consuming just to be able to see a reminder email. Could this feature be turned off for current eR users or in-house people? Or at least have a memory feature where it verifies it the first time but remembers it thereafter? It would be nice to have the ability to turn this feature off just for our in-house email alerts.

    We understand this security feature significantly disrupted workflows for some of our customers and based on customer feedback, we have made some adjustments to help all customers out.


    Starting on Monday, March 7th, we made a change that allows all emails going to verified encrypted inboxes to display the subject and contents of emails, without the extra step of logging into the LuxSci email gateway. Emails to a recipient inbox that is not verified as an encrypted inbox will still be routed through LuxSci email gateway.

  12. Replace "(Parent A)" and "(Parent B)" identifiers with the first names of each parent

    For reports and activities that apply to both parents in a 2 parent household, replace the automatic "(Parent A)" and "(Parent B)" labels that show up next to the report/activity title on the compliance tab or home file with the first name of the foster parent. For example, "CPR (Parent A)" and "CPR (Parent B)" would show up as "CPR (Mary)" and "CPR (Ali)".

  13. Warning Message if Placement is made outside of licensing parameters

    warning banner, when we place a child into a home that is outside of the licensing parameters as entered in the licensing tab for a home? For example:

    • Placing a 4th child in a home with a max capacity of 3;
    • or placing a child in a home with a Service Type that does not match the homes licensed service types (case is ED, but home's Service Types do not include ED);
    • or placing a child in a home who's age is outside of the low/high age range;
    • or placing a child in a home where the gender/race/etc. does not…

  14. Automatically save progress on custom forms.

    Develop a system that would save information as it is being typed in to documents so that if an error should occur, information is still retrievable although it had not been saved by the user. This would help so that information would not be lost before it was being saved. I spent a few hours writing a document and when I went to save it, I got an error message that it couldn't be saved. Then the document was blank again.

  15. Custom Form - single line text description option available.

    Make a Description option available for the single line text feature of custom forms. Currently "Required" and "Description" are available as options on the custom tab of reports and activities. Description would be very helpful to have on custom forms so that it can be seen easily in the Case File.

  16. Post message to homes as a home activity

    "posts" to families that currently are displayed in the family website could be synced with each families home file as a part of their "activity" and subsequently a part of the generated case notes. Oklahoma Licensing requires documentation of correspondence with families. Using the post message feature would allow for immediate documentation of correspondence into case notes. As an agency that is completely paperless, this would be very valuable to our case management and increase case worker productivity.

  17. Allow Custom Forms to be shared with Family Website instead of just attached files

    Currently you can share attached files posted to a case file or home file with the Family Website. We use custom forms built using form builder for many of our follow up activities and reports. We would like these to be able to be shared with the family website.

    Update: 8/10/2017 The mobile app is now available for Android in the Google Play Store!

    The mobile app is now available for iOS in the Apple App Store!

    The first version of the mobile app allows you to access basic case and home information (along with driving directions and phone numbers).

    We are planning on adding new features to the mobile app based on user feedback. Please submit feedback to support@extendedReach – or submit new ideas in this forum using the new “Mobile App” category.

  20. Be able to re-assign all of a worker's cases or homes to another worker (all at once)
