Need for both Foster Care & GCM Systems - Add ability to send an email alert which contains the contents of a activity/report "custom form" (CANS, Incident Report, Foster Parent Log) that includes the entire contents of the report/activity (and/or including the narrative section) - preferably as an attached PDF to the email alert. :)

In addition, can an e-mail alert also be generated when someone other than worker 1/2 completes an activity?
