We are beginning the design stage of a Client Portal. We will be looking for people to be on a Client Portal focus group, that will meet occasionally to review progress and provide feedback. We will also want volunteer organizations to Beta test the Client Portal as it releases in stages. An error occurred while saving the comment Amie Lujan commentedI agree! There is the capability on the RES side to lock both activities and reports 24-hours after being marked complete, but on the GCM side, you can only lock activities, not reports.

This would be SO helpful and would save me a lot of time!! I see it working similarly to the existing setting to "delete if due after close date and case closed." Would love to see this available across the system for RES and GCM.
