Allow Workspace Customization
It would be great if our workers could modify their workspace on eR. It is overwhelming to see the long list of items due and past due on our workspace. Our workers don't necessarily need to see items that are due in 45 days. If each box/area on the user's workspace could have the option to minimize and maximize based on their own preference, that would be super awesome. It would also be nice to be able to move the boxes around so different sections could be in different places depending on what the worker wants to see at the top or bottom of their screen.

I agree with Joanna that it would be very helpful for the Approval Portal to be available to all workers. Our work flow for some documents have items being approved by workers who are not supervisors, so we rely on email alerts.

It would be great if users could customize their Workspace more than what is currently available. For example, it would be great if the Approval Portal would be available for all workspace setups. We have houseworkers that mainly need to see the residences with a list of clients, but also need the ability to approve documentation routed to them. Unless they are setup as a supervisor, they will not see this. It would be amazing if there was a list of options available, like a checklist, that we could choose from for each user.

This would be amazing! I also do a lot of filing and would LOVE to be able to put my inbox at the top. It is time consuming to scroll down past all of our open cases and homes to get to my inbox.

I need to arrange my WORKSPACE in a way that makes sense to me. I would like to be able to moved my inbox to the top of the page. When I have a ton of filing to do, it takes extra time to wait for the last thing filed, then to scroll down to the INBOX for the next thing to file.
Same request for the GCM module!
